Apartment holiday rentals in Zona Tortona, Milan

A tranquil little studio tucked within the busyness of Navigli. Every little detail of the apartment felt like a corner of an experiential art piece (down to the very tastefully hidden toilet!). A very grounding space, maybe because of the very earthy elements throughout the apartment: stone-tiled bathroom, use of solid wood throughout, even artisanal ceramics. The space was small but sufficient (although I was staying solo) and overall functional. Loved the French windows overlooking the water. More expensive compared to what looked like many other great options in Milan, but it was a delight to get to spend two days in this unique space as I wound down a weeklong trip training around Switzerland. Edit: I completely forgot until after I left that the bed can be raised and lowered. Everything mentioned above still stands, though I would've loved to try to maneuver the bed. I didn't see instructions obviously available but also didn't ask.

The apartment was private and quiet. Everything was as in the posted pictures. There is no elevator, but the stairs were easy to navigate. The location is a little further from city center, which is the only thing that could be better if you are looking for those tourist activities. Look up calling a cab and you will be good. There are a few nice restaurants within one block of the apartment.

Elena was very responsive and helpful with our check-in, the apartment is in a beautiful building and the space is extremely charming. Clean and simple, it’s also located in a very accessible part of Milan, close to everything! Highly recommend for a couple or small family. Grazie Mille!

Had an overnight stay at Guido’s recently and it was fantastic. So accessible to Navigli and walking distance to Duomo. Would highly recommend!

An excellent stay hosted by an excellent and accommodating host. Location is perfect and the accommodation is pristine and modern offering everything you need for an excellent stay in Milan (and we have a day trip to Lake Como) - highly recommend and would for sure stay again

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, sauber, hübsch eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und an den Naviglis. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Probably the best Airbnb host I have experienced. Genuinely kind people. Apartment is as advertised. I love the location as it is walkable to trains, restaurants, coffee, grocery, etc. We were going to stay in the canal area, but I’m so glad we just walked there as it is very loud, crowded and we were frequently harassed by various vendors. Great spot!

I stayed a week in Giulio’s place for Milan design week. Giulio’s place was very convenient location, Only 5 min walk from Bolivar station. I was able to maximize my time and see the most during this inspirational week. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe. People from local restaurants, cafes and stores were super friendly and welcoming. Beautiful kitchen with full of light in the morning, it felt so good to make myself breakfast everyday with groceries that i got from local stores. Was convenient to do laundry for my long trip since Milan was a second destination for my trip in italy. Giulio’s place made me dream for living in Milan someday :). Definitely would love to come back.

There was a strike on the day we were traveling to Milan, and we were worried we wouldn’t be able to make the trip. Cinzia was incredibly helpful—she quickly responded and shared several alternative transportation options with us. She was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was cute, cozy, and conveniently located close to the station. We really appreciated everything!

Martina’s place is super clean, she and her husband are extremly friendly. We felt like home. We definetely recommend this place if you are visiting Milano or going to the concert to Ippodromo 😊

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

I had a lovely stay--the space is cute and feels like a home. The location is very central, I explored all over Milan from the apartment. Finally, there was a plumbing issue at the onset of my stay and Francesco worked very hard to rectify the problem. He really cares about this space!

Très bon emplacement, près du canal. L’appartement est au fond de la cour, au calme malgré les nombreux bars et restaurants aux alentours. Accès sécurisé. L’appartement correspond à la description; très typique. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité (nous recommandons le ZOG qui est parfait en tout point que ce soit pour le petit dej ou un verre). Il y a de nombreux transports à proximité (Metro et tramway); la situation géographique est parfaite.

host is very communicative and the place is in very good neighborhood and it's clean.The only problem I had was with the parking as it's a very busy area.

The apartment was perfect and just as described with all the amenities you could need. The area was busy with lots of nice restaurants and bars, it is well connected by public transport and the centre of Milan is walkable if you preferred, just over 30 minutes or so. Davide was really responsive both before and during the stay and wanted to ensure everything was just right for us. Would definitely recommend the apartment and Davide as a host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Mateo et sa femme étaient toujours disponible, accueil très chaleureux. Location très propre et spacieuse avec un plus une place de parking privé. Très proche de l’aéroport de Malpensa, dans un village sympathique, avec beaucoup de commerces dans le centre-ville, il y a de quoi à faire même à pied. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mateo, je le recommande avec plaisir. On n’ hésitera pas de revenir à nouveau.

Sono stato da Greta durante il Salone del Mobile. In tre ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento, splendido. Ricco di arredo di design e di pezzi di cultura. Tutto molto curato. Anche il quartiere é splendido. Metro a due passi dall’appartamento. Molto consigliato se cercate qualcosa di unico e di qualità!

Ho avuta la fortuna di soggiornare assieme alla mia ragazza una notte in questo Airbnb. L'host, Lorenzo, è stato estremamente simpatico e disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con cordialità. La facilità del check-in e del check-out digitale ha reso tutto molto semplice e veloce. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato, con una cucina efficiente che ci ha permesso di prepararci un pasto senza problemi. Il punto forte è stato sicuramente il jacuzzi: appena richiesto, Lorenzo ha alzato immediatamente la temperatura, permettendoci di goderci un momento di relax. La zona circostante era tranquilla e immersa nel verde, perfetta per una pausa dal caos della città. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro di Monza e al Parco ha reso le nostre passeggiate molto piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!
