Apartment holiday rentals in Zona Colonial

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view was absolutely perfect even better than the photos. The host was super friendly and gave some great local recommendations that made the trip even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Estadía de 3 noches! El apartamento es cómodo, equipado con lo básico. Tiene ascensor, Garage privado cuesta 9 Dólares por día, pero así no tienes que parquear en la calle. El apartamento tiene vista al Faro a Colón, está ubicado muy céntrico, justo en esa calle hay muchas cosas por hacer y a pocos pasos de monumentos históricos, supermercados o colmados muy cerca! Justo al frente está el museo al ron que también es un bar/discoteca( se la pasa bien) recomendado :) Christian da instrucciones muy claras y resuelve cualquier problema con rapidez. Peter y la chica también fueron muy amables Gracias!

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. He was so nice, friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the airport and we felt very safe inside the gated apartment complex. The apartment was perfect. Would definitely stay there again 🤝

El departamento es pequeño pero cómodo y con todo lo que necesitamos. La cama y las sábanas, en particular, muy buenas. Descansamos muy bien durante nuestra estadía. La comunicación fue fluida con Iván.

Luis’s place was not only beautiful, it had everything described and it was within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The host was also very responsive and helpful with an issue I ran into that had nothing to do with the apartment. 10/10 will rent here again if I come back to DR!

I like the place. It is only one bedroom but the kitchen and living room has the space of a 3 bedroom home. The location is great. There are a lot of corner stores near the area and an amazing restaurant within walking distance. Not to mention, there is a washer/dryer unit inside the apartment. I definitely will be back!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment was decorated with a luxurious touch and felt like a high-end hotel. The building and surrounding area were very safe, which gave me great peace of mind. Everything was within walking distance, and having a great mall right across the street was a huge plus. This place definitely deserves 5 stars—highly recommend!

Great place to stay within walking distance to good restaurants and everything in Zona Colonial. Place was clean and big enough for 5. Host responded very quickly and resolved to a small issue while we were there. Would recommend!

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

Erick was very easygoing he has any and all amenities you could ask for too hold you over until you want to go out i really appreciated having my coffee ready for me in the morning.
