Holiday rentals with a patio in Zona Colonial

I only went one night and I really liked everything. It was well located, it was clean, nicely organized, everything worked. If I had to rent it again, I would definitely do it again

Leonel’s apartment is cute, cozy, and very conveniently located, perfect for those traveling for work. It’s centrally situated, making it easy to get around. The building itself is very nice and clean, and the personnel working on the premises are respectful and professional. A couple of things to note: there’s some construction going on in the neighborhood, so it might not be ideal for light sleepers or those looking to sleep in late. Also, the assigned parking spot is a bit tight, best suited for small cars, and you’ll need to maneuver carefully, especially if the neighboring oversized vehicle is parked next to you. Other than that, everything was great! I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the comfortable space. Thanks, Leonel!

We loved our stay in this apartment in Santo Domingo. The location is excellent, in a very central area that allowed us to move easily. In addition, both the building and the neighborhood felt very safe at all times, which was key for us to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind. The apartment is very well equipped and is perfect for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, the air conditioning works well and having two full bathrooms was a great plus. The building's common areas, such as the pool and gym, are in excellent condition. We would definitely stay here again.

Belkys’s place was very nice. In a great neighborhood in Santo Domingo. It’s on a high floor so traffic noise was not a problem at all. Very clean & I will definitely stay there again when I need to be in the area.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very beautiful house, very safe location next to many things to do at night. Very responsive host. Very beautiful plants and a beautiful mango tree right outside. We will deff be back and book this place again!

This home is beyond its value. Cozy, clean, close to everything you may need! A private and secure parking spot was such a bonus. Keny is so kind and responsive and gave great local recommendations. The pool was sparkling clean and a lovely temp. We loved the outdoor living spaces and large kitchen. Beds were super comfy as well. Thank you so much !

Everything was as I expected

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful and huge house, fully equipped. Also fresh due to the high ceilings. Easy checkin and checkout. My family loved to hang out in the patio having coffee. The hosts were super responsive and attentive. Recommended!

The apartment match 100% of the pictures and descriptions. the location of the apartment makes it easy for all any reason you are interested close restaurants and bars and all the major shopping centers. I would definitely come back and stay there for my next trip to Santo Domingo..
