Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zona Buenos Aires, Milan

I travel a lot and I want to mention that Silvia's house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Silvia's house has all the necessary equipment you could need while traveling. The location is ideal, especially for those who plan to visit other cities besides Milan, right next to the station. It is also worth noting that there is a grocery store very close to the house. Silvia explained all the instructions, including check-in, perfectly. Also, being able to check in and out independently is a huge plus for planning your trip without any hassle. We highly recommend Silvia's house

The apartment was as described and shared in the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy! Me and my friend loved staying there, and we felt entirely safe. The host also left us a guide with public transportation, restaurants, activities and more to do in Milan. Needless to say i definitely recommend it! It’s also only 5 minutes to reach the metro by walking, so it was easy to navigate the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Filippo’s apartment in Milano. The place is very clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was really convenient for our group. The apartment is extremely well connected, with two metro lines just 15 metres away, making it easy to get around the city. The smart TV worked perfectly for relaxing in the evenings. Highly recommended!

Beautifully designed and highly functional apartment. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the kitchen was both stylish and fully equipped. Despite its central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Giulio was kind, responsive, and very easy to communicate with. I would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay. The location is extremely well located. Communication with the host was fast and he was very accommodating. The self check in instructions were clear and even included photos of every step. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. Good location, safe, surrounded by residential areas, close to many restaurants, a delicious ice cream shop in front, a Carrefour supermarket a few minutes' walk away, very convenient.The owner is very welcoming, making us feel at home, and prepared wine, milk, drinking water, bread and candy for us.There is air conditioning. The windows are double-layered, so the soundproofing is also good.It does feel like home here, this is the best house we've stayed in on our trip to Italy. Thank you, Marina.

This apartment worked for our purpose of needing a place to stay near Milano Centrale Station just for the night. Clean space with big windows. Just keep in mind that there are stairs before and after the elevator. This seems typical in a lot of Italian apartment buildings but was still difficult to maneuver given that we had 4 heavy suitcases to lug up the stairs. Solid place to stay overnight though!

This was one of our favorite places to stay in! It was incredibly close to the metro but also walkable to many different areas. It was so nice and clean & we loved all the space we had! It had everything you could ever ask for as well as recommendations for what to do in Milan. Overall, we enjoyed it so much and hope to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was just like the photos and it had AC which for us was a must. Location was good, a 10 minute walk from the train station, and also had a metro stop 2 blocks away which took you to the Duomo in less than 10 minutes. We did struggle a bit with the water heater in the shower though.. but Blessing was very responsive and willing to help.

I had a fantastic stay at Giuseppe’s apartment in Milan. The location was absolutely perfect — the metro station is just 50 meters from the building, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city. The apartment is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. The flat itself is beautifully designed, with a great sense of style and a striking color combination. Everything was neat, clean, and thoughtfully arranged — it truly felt like a five-star experience. Giuseppe is a wonderful host with excellent communication. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan!
