Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zona Buenos Aires, Milan

Jacopo is a great host, super responsive and on top of everything. Home is small, but detached from the main building, which is something we were looking for. Nice neighborhood, next to One of Milan’s best parks and great access to public transportation.

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Beautiful accommodation with a small balcony and easily accessible by metro. Unfortunately a little clairvoyant, but there was Ohropax for that:)

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

Roberta was a great host – very attentive, helpful and always quick to communicate. The contact was straightforward and pleasant. The apartment was stylishly furnished, very clean and exactly as described. Clear recommendation!

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

The room is awesome! Really convenient location. Walkable distance to tourist attractions and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The room is very clean, definitely recommend

It was close to the bus and train station, however far from the city center (30 minutes by train). The check-in by Julia’s mother was very smoth even though she don’t speak English. Lots of snacks, Nespresso coffees pods and toiletries available. As our flight was scheduled for 20:30pm we asked for a late check-out and Julia’s mother was very kind and allowed us to stay a few hours more than the regular check-out. Overall a very nice experience and definitely recommend it. If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll book this again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Roberta’s Airbnb in Brera—again! This was our second time staying here, and somehow we love it even more each time. Roberta is a truly wonderful host: warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even allowing us to check in early and check out late, which made a big difference for our travel plans. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and cozy—exactly what you want when staying in Milan. It’s beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and located in the heart of Brera, one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. Highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Milan.

We had a great stay! We really liked having 2 BR’s that each had a ductless heat pump for cool air at night. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is a nice outside patio with lots of flowers. We took advantage of this space while drinking cool Aperol Spritz in the sun. We were met by Sajeev, and he made sure to review everything with us. He was very helpful. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the metro, thus it was easy to go anywhere. Also, we had an issue back home that we needed a phone. Sajeev was extremely helpful. Thanks again!!

Riccardo was a great host. Checkin instructions were clearly laid out. Had no complaints with the property whatsoever. Only wish was that it was located more towards the centre, but other than that no issue whatsoever. It was super convenient to get there from milan centrale as well. Would definitely recommend this property

This is a great apartment, just as it looks in the pictures. Fulvio was very nice, and he even made a reservation at a local restaurant for us. The place is near many train/metro stations. Also good AC, as it can get very hot in milan Everything was great, I would stay again

Great apartment, clean good facilities, very comfortable bed, air con was a must, great bathroom, everything we need was there, great for a couple might be a bit of a squeeze for 3 people which it does advertise as a possibility.

We had a fabulous stay in Giovanni's condo. He met us on our 1st day to give us the keys and explain where everything was. Before and during our stay, Giovanni was very quick to respond to questions and to offer recommendations. We were happy with the condo, very quiet at night and the a/c kept us cool during the 90 deg F days. Having a parking space for our rental car was a nice plus. The location was something we really enjoyed, it is very close to Milano Centrale train station, the metro station is at the end of the block. An easy walk to see the greenery around the Bosco Verticale and Piazza Gae Aulenti. If needed, there is a pharmacy right across the street from the metro station. We would stay here again without any hesitation and would recommend it to our friends interested in visiting Milan or using it as a base for day trips to see other nearby cities. Giovanni is a great Airbnb host! Very friendly and you can tell he wants you to have a nice experience in Milan.

Me and my friends had a great time in Milan staying here. Marco had great communication and checking in and checking out was a smooth process. The place was clean, tidy and had a nice view from the balcony. The streets were quiet (mainly cause we were there over a weekend). There’s some really nice cafes nearby and easy 4 or so minute walk to the metro. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Marco :)

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Perfect place to stay. Just outside busy tourism center, lots of nice restaurants and stores in area, very quiet. Perfect apartment for a stay in Milan, the location was excellent being across the road from the metro and main train station. The apartment was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions and had everything you would need for a few days in the city and as a bonus the bed was SUPER comfy

Excellent stay! Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
