Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Zona Buenos Aires, Milan

The apartment was extremely convenient and was a short walk from both the metro and the Duomo. There’s shopping right out the door and a supermarket nearby. The apartment was clean as well.

Great flat right in the center of a district with busy nightlife, yet neatly tucked away in a little side street, so fairly quiet. It was really easy to get to and Massimo provided clear instructions for a seamless checkin. There was even a water provided in the fridge and coffee tabs for the machine, which was an additional nice touch and added to feeling right at home.

Geeat place to stay! Quiet, safe. Close to the Metro. Great pizza around the corner! Manuel met us in person. Gave some local recommendations! Very responsive and friendly.

I’m from Germany and felt very comfortable staying in this apartment in Milan. The place was clean, and the entire property was well-kept and inviting – you can immediately tell that a lot of care goes into it. Everything was well organized, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. There were just two small things that could be improved: the showerhead was heavily calcified, which caused the water to spray in all directions – making it pretty much unusable. Also, the stovetop didn’t seem to work during my stay (or maybe I just couldn’t figure it out 😄). That said, my overall experience was truly pleasant, and I’d happily stay here again. A solid recommendation for anyone looking for a neat, peaceful place to stay while enjoying Milan!

The place was easy to find and check in with easy with digital walk and unlock, making it very easy without a key. The place was clean and very spacious. It fit our group of 10 easily and we were not cramped. The area was a cute little neighborhood, not too far of a walk from busier neighborhoods and park. It was very easily walkable with restaurants and gelato places close by.

Хорошее расположение. Рядом есть две большие платные парковки. До центра Милана можно дойти пешком (ок 20 мин), либо на трамвае, остановка в двух минутах от квартиры. Рядом большой продуктовый магазин и DM. Хозяин быстро и доброжелательно отвечал на сообщения. Кондиционер в квартире очень спасал в жару👍 мы проживали с котом, он быстро привык к помещению, не было резких и громких шумов.

Perfect location for Linate airport and convenient for transport links into Milan. Good shops and places to eat nearby. Loved the outdoor space and makes the studio apartment bright and full of light. Damiano was a welcoming and very responsive host.

Very convenient, can take M4 metro to visit some tourist trap , also they are a Express supermarket close the Sonder , we can buy the food and breakfast very quickly! The washing machine and dryer is very useful!

Alessandro was a wonderful, helpful, + responsive host! Provided excellent + quick communication, recommendations for transport to the airport, and the stay was exactly as listed. Perfectly walkable, with some fun restaurants close nearby. The place was clean and spacious and the pullout couch bed was surprisingly very comfortable (it was a full bed with a foam mattress!) The only thing to note was there was some building construction happening that was very noisy during the day, but obviously that is out of the hosts control. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. The place is equipped with all the amenities, nice kitchen, good size toilet and comfortable sleeping place. Got nice terrace to have a meal or drink. Tiziana is a very good host. Location is near to tram as described. Near to a lot of supermarkets and shops.

el departamento es excelente para conocer Milán ya que se encuentran a solo unas estaciones del centro con el metro, la.zona es bonita y accesible. Alex fue un excelente anfitrión, estuvo pendiente de todo y nos dio recomendaciones, además se ser muy amable. el departamento tiene todo lo necesario y es muy bonito lo recomiendo totalmente

Paolo ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Es wurde immer schnell geantwortet und er war sehr höflich. Die Unterkunft kann man sehr empfehlen. Sehr modern, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Mit einem eingezäuntem Gelände und Parkplatz hat man sich sehr sicher gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Mailand fahren sollten, dann gerne wieder diese Unterkunft. Vielen Dank.

La casa di Romina é bella, ben organizzata, pulita, comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. Romina é stata molto disponibile, pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste e reattiva. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio; la stazione del treno per raggiungere il centro di Milano é facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; a pochi passi ci sono bar, supermercati, pasticcerie e panifici. Super consigliato!

Que dire ? Un très bel appartement, un hôte toujours réactif aux messages envoyés, une question = une réponse ! Parfait ! Pas beaucoup de restaurant autour (accessible à pied je parle) mais ce n’est pas quelque chose que j’avais regarder en amont. Il me fallait un logement à mi chemin entre le centre de Milan et le QC therme d’où mon choix pour ce logement ! Tout était parfait merci encore !

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Eravamo a Milano per un concerto e cercavamo qualcosa non in centro e vicina al Fabrique. La casa è in una zona tranquilla e isolata. Abbiamo avuto anche un Upgrade all'arrivo dell'alloggio. Casa pulitissima dotata di tutti i confort e con anche amenity kit. Consigliata

Tranquillità, relax tanto verde nel curatissimo guardino con tante chicche e curiosità in una location indipendente ma cullati da ambiente dolcemente familiare e di appartenenza .. Amazing

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Michele was a great host, communicated with us about how to get to Bellagio, left a nice basket with food and drunks for us, and even picked us up with his car when it was pouring rain and we were far from the Airbnb. All around a very hospitable and nice person. The house was incredible, and we got to enjoy the pool. Thank you so much for everything!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
