Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zollernalbkreis

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Liebe renoviert wurde und trotzdem noch viel Charme besitzt. Der private Spa/Wellnessbereich sucht seinesgleichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft war genau das, was wir gesucht haben: großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit viel Gemütlichkeit eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Besonders toll fanden wir die vielfältigen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür – perfekt für Naturfans. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist es super angenehm: viel Platz, sichere Umgebung und einfach eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is one of the most sparkling-clean airbnbs I have ever stayed at! The kitchen was equipped with basic items, but had everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The fireplace was wonderful after lots of outdoor activities in the cold! My only concerns are that the master bedroom bed is extremely uncomfortable (my husband agrees) and makes a lot of noise every single time you move…and if you are staying in the master bedroom, you must walk through the second bedroom to get anywhere else in the unit. This was fine for us and our two young kids, but if you are traveling with another couple or teenagers who enjoy their privacy, this would be an inconvenience. Overall, this unit is spacious and centrally located to many fantastic sights! We used this unit as our base for visiting Schloss Lichtenstein, Schloss Sigmaringen, and Schloss Hohenzollern. For what we paid, I consider this unit an amazing value!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und einen richtigen Wow-Effekt, als wir das Haus über die 3 Stockwerke betraten. Alles ist neu und modern, super schick eingerichtet und blitz blank. Mit einer Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen hatten wir alles, was wir gebraucht haben und konnten sogar spontan einen Grillabend machen. Carolin hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und war extrem zuvorkommend. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier zu 100% weiterempfehlen! :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Stefan und Heike

Vor Check In kurze und klare Kommunikation per Mail; per Schlüsselbox auch late Check In machbar; eine Flasche Wasser und Apfelsaft als kleinen Willkommensgruß vorgefunden (super nette Geste); alles war restlos sauber; Küche bietet alle Utensilien, um sich selbst zu versorgen; sehr gefallen hat mir auch die ruhige Umgebung und die schöne Naturlandschaft; alles in allem war ich restlos begeistert von der Unterkunft " Unter dem Hirschberg"; ich kann die Unterkunft ausnahmslos weiterempfehlen und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen; auf diesem Wege wünsche ich der "Vermieterin" alles erdenklich gute für die Zukunft

We really enjoyed our stay at Elke's Airbnb. The apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 People. We felt right at home in the apartment and everything in the apartment was perfect. The kitchen is really good and fully equipped with everything, we even cooked our meals few times. The area and surrounding is really peaceful and beautiful. The location of the apartment is also perfect and we also enjoyed peaceful evenings. Elke and Thomas both are really nice guests. Elke always responed promptly and tried her best to make sure that we feel like home, she also even provided us Bed and High chair for our little daughter. I would really recommend this Place and we would definitely come back again next time.

Das war angenehm bei Ute zu übernachten, Ute ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde Utes Unterkunft empfehlen. Ich möchte zukünftigen Gästen mit Auto Folgendes sagen: Wenn Sie zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr hier übernachten, fahren Sie bitte langsam, da Tempo 30 gilt. Die Sonne scheint abends sehr hell, und Sie werden das Tempo-30-Schild möglicherweise kaum erkennen. In der Nähe auf den Straßen gibt es Radarkameras, und Sie können leicht ein Bußgeld bekommen.

We hebben hier maar één nachtje geslapen, maar het was een erg fijne plek. Erg ruim en schoon, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en we zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen. Er is een klein bakkertje/supermarktje op loopafstand door het kleine, vriendelijke dorpje, waar ze erg lekkere broodjes hebben. Jens en Tina hebben verschillende aanraders wat betreft restaurants en waren heel vriendelijk en snel in de communicatie.

Als Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern (3J + 1J) haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war in einem super Zustand und wir hatten ausreichend Platz, um uns ein paar schöne Tage zu machen. Die Gastgebend waren freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie standen uns jederzeit bei Fragen zur Seite. Sehr empfehlenswert und bei Bedarf kommen wir gern wieder.

Rauhallinen sijainti, kaunis ympäristö ja asunto. Tosi hyvä ravintola lähes kulman takana. Pysäköinti onnistui talon edessä.

Sehr saubere Wohnung mit wundervollen Ausblick aus dem Balkon und wunderschönem großem Garten mit Spielplatz für die Kinder .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Andrea und ihrer Familie gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist genau so wie in den Fotos und Beschreibung, auch an der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist definitiv einmalig, auch die Umgebung. Unsere Aufenthalt bei Andrea war nicht nur unkompliziert, sondern auch sehr familiär und warmherzig. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

What a fantastic place to stay! The loft had everything you could ever need or want…even little things like sandwich bags and a free welcome drink were provided. The loft was spacious yet felt cosy. It was in a quiet area yet less than a 15 minute drive from Baden Baden. There are plenty of walks straight from the accommodation, or in and around the area. We also visited Europa Park which was about an hour away but easy to do and for anyone that loves waterparks or theme parks these are amazing! We would love to come again one day.

Beatiful place, amazing view. I highly recommend staying at this place, the host ia very attentive and provides lots of instructions. Check in is digital so you can arrive at any time at no extra charge. The views are breathtaking. The place is very very well decorated, very modern and extremely clean. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.

A great place to stay and enjoy the region. You can stay at home, cook some food, enjoy some wine, the nice view from the terrace and some animals around. Or you can go and explore the region because there is lots to do. You will get advice and tips from the kind hosts and they will leave you to it. Such a nice place and a perfect accommodation to stay for a while. Just mind your head every now and then because of the ceiling 😉 Would totally recommend!

Wir hatten sehr schöne eineinhalb Wochen. Nur die Küche und der Kühlschrank waren kleiner als erwartet; aber kein Problem. Besonders das Dachzimmer hat zum Lesen und Spielen eingeladen.
