I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful villa in Gerlodswil, Switzerland, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The villa's location was fantastic, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, yet conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The accommodations provided the perfect balance of comfort and luxury, with a private swimming pool and a balcony offering stunning views, which became our favorite spots during the stay. What stood out the most was how everything was exactly as advertised, making it easy to enjoy both the tranquility of the area and the local amenities. Nadja, the host, was exceptional. She was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available to ensure that our stay was perfect. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Switzerland. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect for a large group of 15 people + 6 children! An escape from the daily life of the city, especially when it's a hot weekend on the plateau. It's not the North Pole, but in terms of isolation from civilization, you could almost believe it. The view is magnificent, the amenities (fireplace for raclette, grill/fire pit - both working with wood fire available on site - Nordic style hot tub - which we did not need to heat given the heat of the moment - and without forgetting the large canvas that can be deployed by pressing a button offering shade on almost the entire terrace). The kitchen downstairs has all the amenities and enough space if the group is well organized and tidy (which was not our case!) You have to live with two cows, the farmers next door who work there during the day (but don't sleep there) and the fact that the parking lot is a 3-minute walk away, at the edge of the forest. Would we go back? Yes.

Great property for entertaining, and only a 10 minute drive into historic old Baden. A nice neighborhood, and walking distance to multiple groceries.

An amazing house! Very calm and beautiful location. The garden was lovely and everything else as well. The whole house was spotless. And the host was super lovely! I really reccomend!

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

The three of us felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. There was nothing lacking, plenty of space and communication with the hosts was very straightforward and friendly. Great location, and the parking space is also worth its weight in gold. We will be happy to come back on another visit to Basel.

We absolutely love staying at Bed in Bern. The instructions to get there were really easy to follow and check in was a breeze. Apartment was really clean well stocked and even though it was hot, they provided us with two large fans to cool the place down. Location really close to old town good cafés and restaurants 10 out of 10 would recommend a stay there.

The location of the accommodation is in a place that fits the appearance of the accommodation expected in Switzerland, with a view of the lake. The milk, juice, and bread prepared by the host were excellent. It's a place I want to come back to again.

A great place away from all the tourist packed. Peaceful and a picturesque view of the mountains

Such a great stay. I was in town for Art Basel and the flat was just a short walk from the Messeplatz. The great bar downstairs and the wonderful bakery just two blocks away just added to the charm of the cozy, quirky flat. Gordon is a great host and I’d definitely stay again.

The house is nestled in the heart of breathtaking nature, where the air is fresh, tranquil, and beautiful. Surrounded by expansive green fields, wheat stalks and prairie flowers sway like golden waves under the warm sun. **The house itself** is built of natural wood, with a roof that glows in the moonlight. The facade is adorned with colorful flowers. Away from the noise of the city, this house is not just a residence, but a **sanctuary for the soul**, where memories are woven amidst nature and one renews one's passion for a simple, beautiful life.

In my 2 weeks vacation, my family and I think that Monique apartment was the best one in overall although we need to take bus to reach the apartment for 12-15mins from the city, and need to change bus for 1 time. We don’t even feel hot even in the afternoon (there is no fan or air conditioning). Monique is quite responsive and follow up the issue I mentioned to her.

We had a very nice time with Rita. My 6-year-old daughter was very warmly received by Rita and taken directly to the farm. There, she is allowed to drive a small tractor. There was also a small wooden farm and other small toys in the apartment. So, for a vacation with children, it's just really nice. I can therefore highly recommend it.

We booked the accommodation for a family weekend, 8 adults and 9 children. It was the perfect time to enjoy the time with fun and games, we could let our children play in the large garden with a safe feeling. All the equipment was available and Martin was always available with advice and help. We especially liked the evenings in the open air, which we enjoyed in the pavilion and the children could watch a football game on the big screen. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect stay, an apartment in a condominium with beautiful contemporary architecture, a sublime swimming pool and a rejuvenating calm! All less than 15 minutes from Bern! Lisa was a great help with the instructions and very responsive! Everything was perfect!

This place is absolutely stunning extremely tasteful stylish & loving furnished with very beautiful mountains views. Yves is a super friendly very helpful responsive person he went way beyond to make my stay so comfortable & very memorable he's one of the most thoughtful host I ever meet before. We recommend the place. The apartment is located in a quiet area. It is the same as the Airbnb description. The condo is well equipped. Kitchen is amply equipped with dishes. The apartment consists of a large room that can be separated into two "rooms" with a curtain. There is also a bath. Klara and Paul are very nice, gave us tips for things to do and even provided the children with a pool noodle / swimming board. The garden incl. swimming pond is beautiful, so we used it several times.

Christine was very helpful and thoughtful in making our stay as pleasant as possible. The home was equipped with activities and toys to keep our little daughter engaged which was a pleasant surprise.

The house is remarkably well-equipped and we did not lack anything. We are returning home with great memories in our luggage and are already looking forward to seeing them again.
