Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Žman

Great stay at Braco's place for a few days in Zadar. My flight got in late and Braco was very flexible, offering to meet me after midnight to check in. Very comfortable place, could easily stay there for a week or more and very walkable to the old town. I also left a few things behind and Braco was so nice to mail them to Dubrovnik so I could get them there. Great friendly host and a great place - would stay again!

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

L'appartement est génial, tout est très soigné, avec une propreté remarquable. Un appartement luxueux où on s'y sent bien. L'équipement est complet. Le lieu est calme, vous dormirez bien, grand placard dans la chambre. Cuisine bien équipée, balcon spacieux, le salon est agréable, belle salle de bain, le seul inconvénient est la douche, faible pente pour l'écoulement, l'eau ne se vide pas assez vite et elle peut envahir très vite la pièce. De supergastvrije Franko laat je helemaal thuisvoelen in zijn mooie appartement. Zeer schoon en geheel volledig uitegerust appartement maakt je verblijf heel prettig. Op loopafstand zijn er drie stranden waar het prima vertoeven is. En aan het begin van de straat loop je zo de mooie haven in. Vandaar uit kun je mooie dagtochten per boot nemen. Franko heeft ons heel goed geholpen met informatie over bepaalde activiteiten. Ga een keer eten bij het restaurant van Franko: GEWELDIG!! Volgende keer gaan wij zeker weer bij Franko logeren!

We had a fabulous stay here. A huge thanks to Kruno the host who was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is incredible! It’s been done to a very high standard, like staying in a 5* hotel! Great kitchen and a lovely balcony. The location is perfect for a short walk into the old town and a short drive to so many beaches and other interesting places. I would certainly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Diese Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und glücklich unseren Urlaub da verbringen zu dürfen. :-) Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben uns super nett empfangen. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert und reibungslos ab. Vielen Dank dafür. :-)

Traumhafte Lage, saubere Unterkunft, liebe Gastgeber! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Dom z klimatem - przestronne dwie sypialnie, duża kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo pomocny gospodarz

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

Davorka und ihr Mann waren sehr lieb und haben uns immer wieder ihre Hilfe angeboten bzgl. Aktivitäten oder wenn wir etwas benötigten. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und war in einem Topzustand. Es war alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Umgebung und der Strand waren ein Traum.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Super schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Zadar. Sehr zentral. Sehr schick, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

This brand new villa was the perfect stay for us with 4 young children. Maja was an extremely responsive host at all times and was very kind. The Villa had ample parking for two cars and was easily accessed. The space itself is just like in the photos with everything you could need for your stay! We had a car so drove to the old town where parking was easy enough everywhere. I would definitely recommend Majas villa to others. Thanks for the gorgeous stay!

Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !
