Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. It is situated in Polje village, 5 minutes away from the center - Bohinjska Bistrica. From our apartment you are only a 5-minute drive away from the beautiful Bohinj Lake. Homestead Log v Bohinju is located approximately halfway between Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj on the right side of the Sava Bohinjka river. It is a large old farm building consisting of a living area, a stable, a barn, a dairy and other auxiliary rooms. The living part of the building was completely renovated and adapted for tourist purposes. All units are furnished in a modern style with new furniture and renovated bathrooms. We are no longer actively engaged in agriculture.

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

There was an absolutely relaxed atmosphere at the campsite. Everything was super clean. The huts are neither too warm nor too cold, just cozy. The small refrigerator in the hut is completely sufficient. It was a wonderful 5 days!
