We will be happy to come back. The entire accommodation was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve stay at the house by the fountain, with a lot of warmth, joy, serenity, tranquility, hospitality and plenty of relaxation! The description of the place keeps exactly what it promises... actually much better ;-) The pool and sauna are very nice and well maintained. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love and warmth. We felt very comfortable and welcome to the Greß family. Thank you again for your incredibly warm manner, Ms. Greß. We're absolutely thrilled! We will be happy to come back.

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

We encountered issues with our booked apartment, but Diana quickly found an alternative that suited our needs, communication was never a problem, the location is good and with a car we could quickly reach most places in Nuremberg

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We were now at Gregor's for the third time. We always like it very much. The pool is always the highlight for the kids.

I felt super comfortable. I used the time to train for the Roth Challenge. The accommodation is located directly on the bike route. The house is well decorated, nothing is missing! Anytime, happy to come back, thank you!

Johannes greeted us personally and showed us everything. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. It is very generously cut, we had a lot of space. Location is quiet in a residential area. Parking is free right outside the front door. Johannes provided us with good tips on restaurants and public transport connections. We felt very comfortable. We felt very comfortable, description was good. The local tips are also excellent. You just need a car to get to the starting points of the hikes. The whole area is very nice and relaxing. Jasmin was always very quick to reach.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion, as we traveled from all directions. It was great to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is easy to reach in 5 minutes, perfect for excursions to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it a lot and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

Beautiful spacious accommodation. The room is not super big, but because the weather was very nice, we only sat outside. This is more than made up for by the large kitchen and even larger enclosed garden. Everything was clean and there were many basic products present above expectations. The BBQ is great!

We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Apartment as in the photos, if not even a little more spacious and beautiful. There is really everything in the apartment, especially the kitchen is well equipped. In the village itself, you have everything you need. The hosts are super nice and helpful, so you feel right at home! The only minor criticism, which can be remedied with earplugs, is the train passing directly by the house, which you can hear. Everything else is great!

We had a very nice time in this great house! Very modern, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything. We also liked the surroundings at Lake Brombach extremely well - a beautiful large swimming lake with numerous beaches, many different activities (cycling, wakeboarding, beach volleyball, aquapark, etc.) and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

We had a great time in the vacation home Fernblick, there was enough space, everything you needed and the view in the distance simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is also a lot of nature and pretty places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we needed to unwind for a couple of days.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden for playing, exploring and being creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was neat and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

We were lucky enough to visit Jessica's accommodation. We were there for a bachelor party and had the whole apartment to ourselves. It was just perfect! We had enough space and the roof terrace was ideal for breakfast and dinner. And the best part was that we could go into the city to party with Uber. Overall, it was a fantastic accommodation. @Jessica Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness. You were a great host and helped us with all our questions.

Very nice place with a lovely garden. Fully equipped, great for a few days stay! Even with some private problems that required us to stay at the location a little longer, this was not a problem and help was also offered. We would like to come back here!
