Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zionsville

This is a cozy very well thought out space! Great price, great decor touches! and super comfortable bed! I am a host and have been a guest at about 20 AirBnBs. This one is in my top 3. When everything in this world is so expensive, this classy AirBnB is an amazing value!!

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

We stayed for five days over the Christmas holidays while in town visiting family. This property was perfect. Very homey, great location, exactly as listed. Will definitely look at staying here when we visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Tony's house and will definitely stay again if we're ever back in Indianapolis. It was super close to both the Children's Museum and the fairgrounds and easy to find. Even with street parking, we always found a spot right in front. The house also had everything we needed, and Tony was a great host!

Every time I’m in Indy I check to see if Joan's AirBnb is available. Walking distance to so many great bars and restaurants. Also I love the vintage style of the architecture. 7 out of 5 stars

We had a lovely stay at Limoncello! Everything was perfect and so cute and well thought out. We appreciate all the detail and effort that was put into making this such a comforting place to stay! 😊 It was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of towels, washcloths, makeup remover, and nice soft Kleenex. A very nice coffee bar, with many coffee choices and nice tea. The kitchen was well equipped. From easy check-in to check-out procedures and being so gracious as to let us check in early and extending the check out time, Michelle’s kindness was a blessing!! If we need a place in this area again, we would choose Limoncello and highly recommend it!

The most amazing thoughtful AirBnB hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay in Indianapolis for the Indy 500 race incredibly special for our young boys and us. They provided thoughtful snacks after our long travels, a welcome kit to prepare for the race and personalised touches. The house itself was so clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing and we slept so well - especially after having been cramped into a small hotel room in New York before arriving to this place. The garden was amazing - large trees, well kept lawn - my boys bought baseballs to throw around and search for squirrels. We enjoyed our time at this house and will miss it. Would stay here if we return to Indianapolis again!

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

Derek’s place was perfect for our one-night stay in Indianapolis! The home was spacious, clean, and had so many modern touches that made it feel extra comfortable. The bathroom was definitely my favorite feature—luxurious, with a large walk-in shower that felt like a spa. My husband loved the bed and slept great. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking, and we felt totally safe walking to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Derek was responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d happily stay here again!

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

Michael’s place was perfect for our short getaway! Michael was very responsive and had the place ready for us early! He provided local recommendations for restaurants! The apartment looked just like the photos and was very clean. The neighborhood was cute

Loved staying at the Rebel Lodge. I needed a place to stay to attend a local wedding, and I got to get ready while listening to music on the jukebox! So many fun James Dean memorabilia details to look at, I hope to stay here again next time I’m in Indiana. Bed, kitchen, bathroom and everything else was spotless clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were easy, host was friendly and responsive. Can’t recommend this unique Airbnb enough!

This was a great condo! Exactly what they advertised! The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions I had and gave us great recommendations. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. There were 5 of us and the living room was a great gathering space for us. This is such a beautiful area! I wish we had more time to explore.

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

My daughters and I had a great great little trip to Indy and felt right at home at Ginger's place. Very walkable to fun coffee shops, restaurants & the theatre (we were in town to see a show). Ginger was friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious--we will definitely be back next time we're in Indy!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
