The house is a perfect strategic starting point for excursions and culture - e.g. Esterhazy Palace/Eisenstadt, Family Park and Opera/St. Margarethen, Operette/Seebühne Mörbisch, Rust, swimming in Lake Neusiedl or Lake Neufeld. The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideally located for tours between Lake Neusiedl and Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Palace in Fertőd

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.
