The house is very suitable for my Family needs. It is clean and has all the household supplies. It is quiet and close to all amenities. The bus and metro stations are three minutes away. Sure I ll return back if I ll plan to visit Istanbul

A total 5 star experience all around The very best place and area to finish off our 3 weeks in Turkey Such a welcoming place to come home to after a day out exploring We had the added benefit of a rooftop terrace to enjoy our breakfast and then beer and snacks before heading out to the choice many restaurants in the area for dinner The pizzas at Pizzrotti are amazing and we had them delivered to our terrace !! Balat has it all and just a quick tram ride to the beating heart of Istanbul The apartment was so quiet The shower was amazing The beds were comfortable The kitchen was well stocked We had a gorgeous lounge to relax in An all over 5 star apartment I thoroughly recommend a stay here of at least 4 nights

Had a lovely stay! The first very important point is the apartment owner! Mr. Metin! She's an extraordinary person! Super nice, very honest, very kind, always smiling and very general! He has a pastry chef on the ground floor at the bottom of the building. So, he's always here to help! The apartment is very clean, very well-equipped, located in a space too lively! All shops are a short walk away, bus stop is close! Tramway T1 about 10 minutes walk. The stay price is very reasonable, really cheap! I would highly recommend this listing. Thank you Mr. Metin to help me with the luggage! Thank you for hosting me in your home, Thank you for the gift you gave me when I left! My wife found it very delicious. Thank you for everything

I have been a regular guest of Mr. Burak for years. She always hosted me at home in a friendly and quick way. If you're staying in this area, this is the best address where you can find comfort and cleanliness.

Can’t go wrong with Hamzas place, location was great too as it was next to a mall ( Capa City ) with lots of shops and food options.

The accommodation was very private and clean. It exceeds our expectation as two families getting together in Istanbul. It was a good deal as it feels like home where can prepare our own meals before our tours around the metro. Also, the house is walking distance to tram station so it is very easy to go to Eminonu where you can then go to Galata Tower and Grand Bazaar. Thanks Chris for always being there for all our queries.

A great find away from the tourist areas but close enough to visit. The immediate area was full of friendly locals with limited English, it was a authentic experience and the local bakery and food court we're brilliant. Would recommend to anyone

I had a really great stay. The place and hospitality were both excellent. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This apartment is fantastic. The space is large and full of character. The rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. The location cannot be beat - it is on a quiet, charming street very close to Galata Tower and the metro. A small elevator made it easy to get luggage upstairs. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I will definitely choose this place on my next visit.

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁

Ugur is an incredible host. We were traveling to Istanbul for our wedding and Ugur helped find a laundry service to help iron a wedding dress and tuxedo! His office is located around the corner and was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. We saw a few reviews about noise but we felt the apartment was very quiet and had no issues.
