Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in İstanbul

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and had a generally positive experience. The listing is accurate, and the place actually feels more spacious and welcoming than in the photos. Pros: Great location in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There's an elevator, which is a big plus. The host’s support team was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and detergent — very convenient! Cons: Some of the bathroom fixtures are showing their age (worn faucet, marks on the shower glass). There was no mosquito net in the bedroom, and the air conditioner there was quite noisy. We also noticed some ants in the kitchen during our stay, and the soundproofing could be better — we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly at times. Overall, a solid stay with some minor issues. Would recommend if you're not too sensitive to noise.

Best Airbnb we have stayed ever. Everything is New and Spotless. Walking distance to All Must See Attractions. Fish Market with a Vegetables Stand is within 5 minutes walk. Ferry just across the street and you can see it from your Ceiling to floor windows. Views are amazing especially from rooftop patio. We highly recommend this Unit

Amazing stay. Comfortable bed, stylish decor, everything we needed. Excellent location in cool neighborhood that’s walkable to public transport and lots of nice cafes. Much more quiet than expected (but still bring earplugs). Erdem is the most super superhost- with fast responses and thoughtful answers to questions. Would absolutely stay again if we’re back.

This place is great. The location is 100m to Galata Tower and is walkable to all the main attractions on the European side. This is also the restaurant and shopping area, so everything you need is just a few minutes away. The apartment is spacious and clean, and the washer and dryer are very helpful. It was a perfect spot for us. Would highly recommend and Murat is a great host - very responsive and accommodating.

The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ellis. Giorgio and Zafer were both very responsive before and during our stay. They provided us with thorough instructions for our stay and arranged airport transfers both to and from the airport. The Ellis had everything we needed for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessary dishes. We appreciated having use of the clothes washer and dryer. The welcome book contained instructions for everything in the house. Highly recommend!

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Great stay and great communication

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. I've enjoyed my stay at Nuri's place very much. The place is safe, beautiful and cozy, very close to Metro and tram, located perfectly near business and trading areas, with a nice view and balcony. Nuri is a really nice guy and was so helpful and responsive and has helped me throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at Nuri's place.
