House holiday rentals in Zeta trece

Graceland is a beautiful property with a great view of Volcano Arenal. I have been to several rentals in the past and this one is the most comparable to pictures. It’s very private and secure with an alarm system We loved the private washer/drier and used every night for our towels/towels. I recommend renting a car unless you plan to have a driver or taxis We loved the property and would definitely recommend for a family.

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was incredible. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning feel special. One of the most memorable moments was when a toucan came to visit us right on the property. We were lucky enough to snap some photos. Hopefully I can upload them here somehow. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. Ana was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. if you are looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended and would love to come back.

Alonso and everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. Perfect location for us. The house has what we needed to cook our own meals or we could walk to restaurants across the main street. Easy walk. Lots of birds on property. The house was perfect but the host made it feel top notch. Book this home!

Great location just outside the main part of town . Nice clean place with a pool.

Very comfortable for five adults. Each couple had a bedroom and private bath that were entered from the courtyard. The leaving room was vey spacious and the kitchen was easy to use. The villa is located in the gated community which made it very safe. The guard was always on duty and once we were checked he always opened the gate with no waiting. There is a small Peruvian restaurant very near the town square that should not be missed. The food was excellent! Also I recommend getting a Costa Rican cocktail at the nearby BBQ restaurant. It is infused with fruit grown on their property. They are most friendly.

Aqua Vida is simply amazing. Words cannot describe how you’ll feel when you see everything you get with this property. It’s off the main road in La Fortuna but it’s very safe and peaceful. You get all the privacy you want while being 5 minutes away from everything in town. A huge natural spring pool, a covered area where you can cook, have your meals or just hangout, a huge yard to play in, a stream going through the property with beautiful trees and absolutely stunning landscaping. All this and you’re still not even in the house. Book this place. You’ll be happy you did.

We had a wonderful stay at Erick’s place on our trip to La Fortuna. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you needed. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.

Me and my wife loved the stay there, it was close to lots of good food and a short drive from some of the most beautiful things we saw on our trip.

Amazing property. Felt more like staying at a high end resort. Extremely clean with great outdoor space and pool. Well stocked and safe with a gated entrance. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible stay! I would recommend this place to anyone. The interior of the place was special, and the view of the valley was stunning! It was an easy transport into La Fortuna, which was great, but also far enough away where we felt secluded from the tourism and at peace. 10/10 recommend.

the house and exactly as in the pictures , family and safe environment, in the house there were some children's toys (magic cubes, puzzle etc. ) my daughter loved something simple left by the juan that made a lot of difference to us. the location is excellent, close to the house there is an asphalt road where you can walk and contemplate the volcano arena. the price is super fair . i definitely recommend Juan Pablo's accommodation.

The house is mega beautiful and stylish. The two bathrooms are a dream and huge. Everything is super clean and the location on the street did not bother us, but rather gave us a feeling of security. In addition, the house is well protected and we felt comfortable and safe. The view from the balcony of the Arenal volcano is absolutely fantastic. The infrastructure around it offers everything you need: organizers for tours to the parks, shopping and the spas. Included in the stay was a visit to one of the thermal baths. Unfortunately, we were unable to use this because the time was too short. We would rent the wonderful house again anytime and would highly recommend. Caroline's care was straightforward and friendly. Before arriving, she shared everything important with us and we were able to enjoy the stay from the first moment. 🌋🤩🫶

The house was very welcoming and Geo was very responsive. I wanted to get a cake for my husband, and she was very helpful and even contacted a local bakery to get it done for me. The view of Vocan Arenal was an icing! Would definitely recommend!

The house was incredible! Better than we expected. There was AC in the living area and each of the rooms that were freezing! Seems the house is brand new construction and the decor is beautiful! I would move right in as is and not do a thing. The host recommended a cooking service where a chef and assistant came to the house to cook us a fabulous dinner. They were amazing! Cleaned up after and left the kitchen impeccable. Even cleaned the floor in case anything was dropped. The pool was pristine and just the right size for our party. If I’m ever in the area in the future, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We give it 10 stars! Pura Vida!!

We felt right at home! The home was so clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. We will absolutely be coming back!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to explore La Fortuna and Gustavo was a wonderful host. It felt like we had our own personal guide but also a neighbor, telling us inside info on restaurants, activities and how get the most out of our trip. The pool was a hit with our kids…small but so useful to cool off and burn off some energy. House was super clean and organized and very close to town. It’s a little loud at times but that’s the price you pay for proximity…La Fortuna is a busy place. Gustavo really steered us in the right direction…highly recommend a stay here, especially for families.

Beautiful home was very clean and had excellent air conditioning. Fantastic location only 1-2km from parts of La Fortuna where we kept going for new restaurants or shopping. The location is ideal because you are just out of range of the noise and lights, close enough so everything is accessible, and the beautiful view of Arenal from the 2nd story balcony just can't be beat. Responsive hosts including a local expert were all quick to respond to any question, and a great source of suggestions. My family would love to stay here again the next time we visit.

We absolutely loved Bob's place! We stayed for 2 nights: 2 kids and 2 adults. The place is big, comfortable and beautiful jungle views and surroundings. What stood out the most is how attentive Bob was and went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. He responded quickly to anything we asked and was super helpful not only at Casita but also when we had random questions about Costa Rica culture or recommendations around town. There is a ton of nature to observe from the clean and well appointed Casita. Bob took us on a personal night walk through the property to spot frogs and other nocturnal creatures. The kids had a blast in the pool. Thanks Bob!

I stayed at Raquel’s for my first visit to Costa Rica and was so glad I chose to stay here! Not only was the home clean and ready with anything I might need during my trip, but Raquel was incredibly helpful with answering questions and booking activities for me to explore. The home is a short distance from downtown La Fortuna which was just what I needed after a long day of adventure and perfect for unwinding in a more private space.

We came to Costa Rica for the first time and this place was a wonder stay! Ronny was very good at communicating and being there if need be. It made us feel a lot more comfortable

Carols home was the perfect place for our family of 4. Having the private pool and outdoor kitchen were amazing. The home was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The tour guide she suggested, Carlos, provided us the absolute best tour of our whole vacation. He even picked us up at the home. We would highly recommend Carol’s home if you want to stay in La Fortuna.

Such a great stay! Warren and Andy took good care of us with excellent local recommendations and reservations. The pool is awesome. soths and lots of birds on the property.
