You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The area is quiet, surrounded by fields and woods where you can take walks and enjoy nature, but if you want to reach Bologna, in 30 minutes by car you have arrived. Below the apartment there is a trattoria where you can enjoy typical local dishes that in addition to the à la carte menu, for lunch offers a tourist menu, all at very affordable prices.
