Lovely private cottage near Amsterdam

Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Welkom bij Bed & Breakfast ‘De Fruitige Tuin’ van Paul en Corry Hienkens. De B&B ligt in Blokker: een klein dorpje in de provincie Noord-Holland, gelegen nabij de historische havensteden Hoorn en Enkhuizen. Achter onze woning (voormalig boerderijtje uit 1834)bevindt zich de B&B: een vrijstaande chalet (een hoge lichte ruimte) gelegen aan de rand van de royale tuin. De B&B is voorzien van een eigen opgang en aangenaam terras waar u met mooi weer goed kunt vertoeven en ontbijten. Tuin is omheind

Cottage aan het water met motorbootje

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Oosthuizen Studio, voor kort en langer verblijf.

De studio is de bovenverdieping van ons achterhuis, met eigen opgang, douche/wc en keukentje. De ruimte is 10 bij 6 , met uitzicht over de Beemsterringvaart . Het is 10 minuten lopen naar de bushalte. Met bus 314 kun je de ene kant op naar de historische stad Hoorn en de andere kant naar Amsterdam centraal. De bus doet daar 40 minuten over. Het beste kun je vooraf aan je bezoek bij Amsterdam traveltickets kaarten kopen zodat je van al het openbaar vervoer gebruik kunt maken ( 26/ 33 euro)

On the second floor of a rebuilt traditional Waterland house is this beautifully renovated apartment, once used as a hayloft. Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

Cozy apartment, opposite Lidl/next to the station

Comfortable apartment located in Purmerend, nearby Amsterdam. Around the corner comes a bus 301 in every 15 minutes, to Amsterdam centre in just 20 minutes. A 5 minute walk away is the train station which has a direct line to A'dam CS and Schiphol Airport. For those who come by car ,there are public parking spot next to the apartment, 2 euro a day. Big supermarket close by for fresh baked bread at your convenience. City square "Koemarkt" with many restaurants at walking distance.

Deck and wheelhouse in Hoorn (parkeermogelijkheid)

The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!
