Beachfront holiday rentals in Zaton

A lovely peaceful retreat, just what we were looking for after a busy period. Thoughtful touches from Mijo meeting us off the Dubrovnik ferry and driving us via a supermarket to collect basic food items to Mara dropping us at the airport at the end of our visit. The apartment was clean, comfortable and adequate for our purposes. The outlook from the balcony is impressive with amazing sunsets. Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

Mlini is such a beautiful beach paradise, we felt very lucky to have a quiet spot to unwind. It was very easy to uber from this location to the airport at 5:30 AM the next day as well. Grateful to our hosts and the town of Mlini!

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. Nike’s place was great. It is accurately described & it looks like the photos. She was flexible with our check in which was really helpful. She gave us great recs for restaurants & grocery stores. It’s cozy but it has everything you might need!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning—spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated. The pool and hot tub were such a treat, and being right on the sea made it all feel extra special. Getting into town was easy with taxis, Ubers, or even the local bus, but honestly, we loved just relaxing at the house! What truly made our stay unforgettable was Katarina and her family. She went above and beyond—helping us find a phenomenal private chef, offering thoughtful recommendations, and being so warm and generous with her time. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend—this was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Mario was an exceptional host, helpful, accommodating, and gave us a quick tour of the area at check-in. It’s a perfect place for two people looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle of Dubrovnik.

We loved our stay at La Boheme, in a Steve McQueen themed room, with it's own deck and outdoor furniture as well as a terrace and small pool shared with other apartments. Beautiful views, and near Dubrovnik Old Town. Lots of restaurants, a bakery and a small supermarket nearby. Apartment has everything needed although could perhaps have more storage for clothes. There is no toaster but a kettle, two ring hob and fridge. We cooked breakfasts and a few evening meals with no bother. Host Kristina was very welcoming and super helpful, and always available. The apartments are also serviced every other day, which was great. We had a brilliant time and would recommend La Boheme. We loved Dubrovnik but be prepared for lots of steps! Walk the walls of Dubrovnik Old Town. Lokrum Island is worth visiting. Also, take a boat along the coast to Cavtat - it's lovely.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

Smještaj je omogućio samostalan ulazak, koji je bio vrlo jasno objašnjen zahvaljujući detaljnim uputama i slikama koje je poslao iznajmljivač, što je uvelike olakšalo dolazak. Ulice u okolini su prilično uske pa parkiranje većeg automobila može predstavljati izazov, a do smještaja se dolazi stepenicama, što neće predstavljati problem onima koji su u dobroj fizičkoj formi. Unutrašnjost je moderno namještena, s novim i čistim namještajem. Kuhinja je izvrsno opremljena, a posteljina i ručnici su svježi i uredni. Poseban dojam ostavlja predivan pogled s terase, koji se pruža i iz dnevnog boravka te glavne spavaće sobe, čineći boravak dodatno ugodnim i opuštajućim. U neposrednoj blizini smještaja nalaze se pizzerija, restoran te mala plaža pogodna za kupanje.

Wir waren eine Woche im Juni in Antuns Apartment. Das Wetter war angenehm warm, nicht zu heiß, und die Stadt war nicht so überfüllt wie in der Hochsaison im Juli und August. Sehr gute Lage – direkt in der ersten Reihe zum Meer. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer, so weit das Auge reicht. Sehr ruhige Gegend, keine Bars oder Restaurants in direkter Nähe – einfach traumhaft ruhig. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, und zur Bushaltestelle etwa 7 bis 8 Minuten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. Dubrovnik ist jede Minute wert – einfach wunderschön!

Paulo’s place was perfect for our first stay in the Dubrovnik area. It is peaceful, quiet, and a great place to relax! We used Uber to get around. It was easy and convenient for our stay. Paulo was a great host who made sure we had everything we needed and we loved his restaurant recommendations! Our favorite part about Paulo’s place were the lush outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy. I would definitely consider Paulo’s place again, if I’m in the area.

We had a great stay in Zaton! Vicko's sense of hospitality and generosity are hard to beat - he is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had! To top it off, the surroundings are breathtaking. It was nice to be close to Dubrovnik while staying in a much more quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at Vicko's place :)

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

A lovely property in absolutely stunning location. The view is out of this world, looking across the bay. Its quite a steep hill up from the beach but worth it for the view. The beach is beautiful and quiet, its a pebble beach so would recommend beach shoes for the kids. There are 2 simple but delicious restaurants a 2 min walk away on the beach front. There is also a small rental stand where you can rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards and boats. Its a little remote from shops for supplies so either a car or uber would be my recommendation, stock up on what you need for your stay and the rest is perfect. Quiet nights on the terrace with a glass of wine watching the sun set, gorgeous breakfasts with nothing but bird song and sunshine, watching the yachts come and go. Very highly recommended if you want to have a quiet break and recharge the batteries.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Nähe von Dubrovnik verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kieselstrand, die Tavernen waren im April leider noch geschlossen, aber dafür war es ruhig. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir hatten zu fünft viel Platz. Wir konnten innerhalb von 10-15 Fahrminuten Dubrovnik erreichen und die wunderschöne Altstadt besuchen. Unbedingt sehenswert sind die Mauern Dubrovniks. Ein Motorboot konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe (Marina Zaton) völlig unkompliziert mieten und somit auch von der Meerseite Dubrovnik, die kleinen Inseln Lokrum, Kollocep und Lopud mit ihren Grotten bewundern. Auch das Sportklettergebiet zwischen Dubrovnik und Gornji Brgat ist innerhalb von 20 Fahrminuten schnell erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber vielleicht schaffen wir es ja zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt einmal wieder in dem tollen Haus von Ana gastieren zu dürfen.

Era exactamente lo que buscábamos. Un lugar bonito y tranquilo, con fácil acceso a la parte más urbana. La vista desde la terraza es una belleza. Maro estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades.
