Apartment near the embankment of the Gold Coast

Hello everyone! We are glad to welcome you to our place! The apartment is five minutes from the sea, on the embankment of the Gold Coast, it is the 16th station of a large fountain. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, TV, wi-fi, cool double bed, hairdryer, iron and air conditioning. There is a large supermarket in the house. Near the house is a tram stop to Kulikovo Field, near the train station. If you have any questions, I'm always in touch❤️ P.S. The apartment is on the ground floor.

In 5 minutes walk the sea with good clean beaches, in 15 min. beach Arcadia, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, night clubs,shopping malls, beauty salons, spa centers, good transport interchange. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation. - decent Wifi,TV, ironing board,drying rack -washing machine - air conditioning Kitchen is equipped with all essentials for pleasant stays.

Fairytale cabin in a garden of paradise by the sea

We invite you to a fabulous garden, in the depths of which there is a stylish and comfortable house with a wooden terrace. You will find everything you need for a family holiday here: comfortable beds(2+2), a well-equipped kitchen with appliances, a well-equipped bathroom (shower). Once you open the gate of the plot, you find yourself right by the descent to the sea: 3 minutes - and you enjoy the surf on a small beach. The gazebo, the swing, the barbecue, the car space are all yours.

The place was amazing. The owner was very nice and had helped us a lot with transportation, local inventory information, restaurants. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, comfortable and cozy! I would advise you to visit this incredible place, do not miss anything!

Apartment with new renovation,in a new building of the Parus residential complex. The beach is across the street. The infrastructure (shops,cafes, etc.)in the same building. I liked everything very much! The apartment is perfectly located. The sea and the beach are right under your nose. The apartment is not on the sunny side, so it is not hot. We didn't even use the air conditioning. Clean, tidy, and everything you need. Thank you!!!

I want to thank Inna for her good reception and responsiveness. All issues were resolved quickly. I really liked the large and cozy house on the first line. We did not rest in our area for a very long time in the summer, but covid made its own adjustments this year. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the beach and the sea. If someone is looking for a quiet and almost deserted place on the sea shore, this place will suit you 100%.

Best thing about the datcha is the location. It is right at the lake in a more like local neighborhood setting - far away from the big tourist crowds but still close to get to the main attractions of Zatoka. Just a 10 minute walk to the Black Sea beaches.

A very cozy house, everything is very comfortable, + you have your patio, where there is always shade, swing, and a place to fry something on the grill. All photos correspond to reality. Recommended, we loved it! Very cozy and comfortable house + you have your own yard and place for your car. We enjoy our stay there!

HOUSE by the sea! Stylish cozy cottage. Gold Coast

Marina's house is modern and cozy and has everything one could need have a pleasant rest by the sea. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are excellent supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is much more relaxed and family oriented then Arkadia and other more central beaches.
