The hostess allowed to check into the apartment at 6:30 in the morning, which is much earlier than expected. The apartment has everything: a washer, dryer, hairdryer, iron, iron, even a Turk We were also allowed to live with a dog, which was very important for us Nice residential complex, 15 minutes walk to Arcadia beach, various establishments and shops on the territory, as well as a large supermarket. Definitely recommend it

There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

The apartment is very cozy with a beautiful view . The hostess is very responsive. We had an emergency in the apartment and everything was arranged in the shortest possible time .. Very quiet ,which was quite important for us. the sea is a 10-minute walk away ❤

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

Great clean apartment with direct view of the Black Sea

I really liked it! Friendly hosts, always in touch! Quiet and beautiful place, the house fully corresponds to the photos . Very close ( 5 min walk) clean sea and wild beach. The house has everything you need for a good time. Comfortable mattresses, nice and expensive furniture. Nice appliances, clean pool! High-quality grill area ! While the lights are turned off, the communication is not working, which causes some inconvenience. But there is a powerful generator on the property for a separate payment. Due to the fact that there is almost no one on the territory, the generator is turned on only for you , it turns out (+ -800-1000 UAH hour) If you want to work around the pool, even with the lights on, the wifi is missing. But everything works well inside the house! This is not a minus , but the realities of our time. Everyone was happy with the rest! We will definitely come again!

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the three-story complex sanataria Promenade, on the shady side of the building (almost did not have to turn on the air conditioning, because without it there was a comfortable temperature). Free parking right under the window. The beach is open for visitors, walking 3-5 minutes. There is always free space on the beach, and if you go 100m side by side, there will be almost no one nearby. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances, the beds are comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the apartment itself is quite small, although this is compensated by a low price. I couldn't find any better value for the price. Would I come here again? - Yes

The apartment is very close to the sea and it is magnificent. There is a 24-hour shop in the house (prices are excellent). The apartment has everything for comfort: air conditioning, kitchen and accessories, refrigerator, well, everything that is described on Airbnb, including sugar, salt, sunflower oil, etc., so you do not need to drag small bags of salt, sugar and so on. The shower is cool. Overall, I highly recommend it. Were rather on the beach 15 century, than on the Gold Coast, because there are fewer people. It is possible that by August there will be more people everywhere)

Stylish and clean apartment equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a big bed, many cabinets for storing things, in general everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The apartment is warm and cozy, very fast internet and good kitchen. Sea and sunset views are mesmerizing. The location is convenient, within walking distance there are shops, coffee shop, park and sea. Irina is a hospitable, responsive and positive host, she is always available to help. We were happy to stay in this apartment and would love to do it again, we recommend to everyone!

The hostess was very pleasant and responsible, met us on time, as agreed, it was as comfortable as possible to rest at her place. The accommodation was clean, cleaning was carried out immediately before our arrival. I was very pleased with the gifts in the form of champagne and chocolates. The terrace is gorgeous, you can spend hours on it. In general, I recommend staying here.
