Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Stone Beauty from 1467, cultural monument located in the historical core of Pučišća - one of the 15 most beautiful small towns in Europe. The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.

The pool is equipped with a water heating system and a powerful counter-current swimming system (makes you swim all day without touching the wall). If you rent both apartments (East and West) - you have a complete house with a pool just for your group (up to 12 people). From the terrace around the pool you will enjoy a beautiful sea view.
