Es un lugar excelente para el q le guste la privacidad y la tranquilidad. El Complejo esta super bello, todo el entorno es super limpio, las guardias de seguridad y los empleados a cargo del mantenimiento todos son super atentos. Noel y Damariz no tardan mas de 10 mn en contestar cualquier duda q tengas. Excelentes anfitriones. Es la 3ra. Vez q me quedo y vuelvo pronto

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was very comfortable and had the right amenities for a comfortable stay. We were also very pleased with the location and everything it had to offer.

This place is amazing! I love staying here. The host is great, and the location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to everything.

I can’t say enough how perfect this apartment was. Extremely clean. Stocked with many items that helped us have a more enjoyable stay. The location is easily accessible to many attractions. Security patrols regularly to ensure safety. However even without security I would feel very safe in this area. The views from the apartment were great! I have nothing but amazing things to say and will book here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Such a wonderful stay! Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was a treat, and the unit is close enough to town that you can still find stores/restaurants within a 5-ish minute drive. I personally didn’t have a car so I took Ubers most of the time-- they do come out, it just takes a while. If you need to use Uber, the pin “Calle 3 & Calle 8” in Rio Grande works best. Joanna is an incredible host, very responsive and communicative, and she has recommendations for laundromats, stores, etc if you need them. My job is remote and I found that the wifi worked great, but phone calls weren’t always the best quality, probably due to the location. If the window slats are open and you’re sensitive to mosquito bites like I am, Joanna can close them from the outside for you to keep bugs out (for the most part). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

This is a great place! Exactly like the pictures, very spacious and nicely laid out. Good WiFi and comfortable beds. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. This place is great for families - the condo community has a small pool that is fairly shallow and shaded, as well as a small playground. It’s walking distance to a private, empty beach with very calm waters. It’s also near the Hyatt resort (10 minute walk or a short golf cart ride) where you can pay for a day pass to use their huge pool and beach. Would stay here again!

Highly recommended for friends visiting PR. Vanessa and Carlos were a text away- quickly response and reliable. The place is peaceful and spotless clean. It provides all that you need to make you feel like home. Beautiful views. Tranquil environment. It was hard to say goodbye to our Airbnb, so we decided to extend our stay after some family members left. Our hosts -Vanessa and Carlos- found accommodations for us within the same apartment complex. Thanks 😊

Perfect spot near everything. everything was less than 15min away (Luqillo, Yunque, etc). The place itself was clean and comfortable with beach chairs, and other beach amenities. Our son loved having the ability to step outside and play outside. For those cooking, I would recommend buying condiments like salt and sugar as we couldn't find any.

Charles place was BEAUTIFUL! Spacious and fit us 7 girls comfortable . Had all listed amenities . In house washer and dryer with laundry detergent was a huge help. Beds comfortable and water pressure in shower is strong . Stayed here for with a bachelorette group and it was so pretty ! Beautiful scenery worked out great for awesome pictures. The condo pool has alot of character , shallow and feels like bath water . So beautiful . Only downside to pool at condo is that it closed at 7 pm. I feel you should definitely rent a car when staying here as it is pretty isolated and no personal golf cart to use anymore . Beach is near by but everything else is pretty far . Can eat at Hyatt resort but very strict on rules to enter grounds (must have reservation , cannot have on resort or swim wear and only 2 people max) . Charles had great recommendations and good communication. I def would stay here again ! The scenery and condo itself is 10/10 !

The house is beautiful, everything you think you may need is there. I took my husband to Puerto Rico for his birthday and when I tell you, the house did not disappoint. Everything was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean. The house has everything that you need to go to the beach, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards everything surprises me I’ve never stayed in an Airbnb that was so tentative to guests like it was just perfect. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I was able to cook a few days while I was there. It was so nice and peaceful like just being on that side of the island in Puerto Rico. Everything was just perfect. We definitely wanna go back and we definitely will be rebooking this house again because it was just a perfect stay. The host Cisco was great with providing directions to the house, very attentive, even allowing us easier access in and out of the property, which made it so much smoother. Amazing home! Great place to stay for me and my family. It was close to some of the activities we wanted to do,in the rainforest. About 30 minutes away from old San Juan and the ferry. Would definitely stay again.

There isn’t enough great things to say about this place to truly describe how wonderful it is !! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Also the host is excellent! Communication is excellent. Super kind and truly cared. We had a flight delay and the host Rebecca stayed up and in contact until we were safely checked in. But the check in process was so thoroughly explained and a breeze. Rebecca truly cared that my Family and I had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. Gave great recommendations and checked in with messages. The location is awesome - the view of the resort is very beautiful with a lot to do and a great restaurant called Roots on location. Also El Yunque is awesome! So much fun. Luquillo is hands down one of the best beaches I’ve been to with calm waters. The Amigo grocery store is close as well with a lot of great options for groceries. This place is literally my favorite Airbnb and as stated before the host Rebecca is awesome and communicates thoroughly. Thx!

Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

Villa Rodar at Rio Mar is a beautiful and peaceful place to spend some days with family and/or friends. The property is well kept, clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are perfect! Will definitely stay again.

My family and I enjoy our staying in Kevin place It was just how the picture describes even better when you get there; peaceful quiet Very easy to get in I was surprised by the rooms. Our host was kind in the way he communicated and offered help in anyway we needed. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was a short drive away and was also close to many places we wanted to visit. We loved how spacious the apt was and it was beautifully decorated 😁 Thank you!

Nice place right on the water with a kayak. The two rooms are completely separate units, each with its own washroom, side by side.

Richard’s place was fantastic. We had an issue with our first Airbnb in PR and he was able to accommodate same day. The area was perfect, quiet, and around tons of things to do in the area. There is a private beach you can access which made it even better. Would absolutely recommend and stay in again!
