Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Next to the building is a set of stairs that takes you down to the main piazza in Lerici in 5 minutes. The main square is full of restaurants, bars ice cream shops and everything you may need. Located in the old section of Tellaro, just a one minute walk to the swimming area and the marina. Enjoy stunning sea views from the terrace while sunning, eating and drinking. You will feel like you are resting in the hand of Tellaro as you watch the sunset over the sea. A comfortable bedroom, unique bathrooms, A/C, and fully equipped kitchen will help make your stay perfect.

We had the best time at Linda’s apartment it was very well equipped and Linda was so kind and helpful she even had small gifts waiting for our grandsons , we loved lerici and would love to return one day and stay at Linda’s place again it truly was amazing.

Very friendly host. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony. The apartment is very charming yet somewhat aged. Bathroom is one of those oldschool Italian shower-in-the-ceiling ones, so showering will get the toilet and surrounding area wet. We did not mind, but mentioning it seems fair. The place is spottlesly clean, the kitchen very well equipped. Lola's umatched friendliness added to our fantastic stay. We can absolutely recommend and will make sure to return ourselves.

Thank you to our hosts for the work accomplished and the result: comfortable and charming accommodations in the middle of an authentic and peaceful nature, away from the noise and the tourist hustle and bustle.
