I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at Margaret’s place! The house was clean, well-equipped with all the necessities, and provided a very comfortable experience. Margaret was a friendly and accommodating host, always ensuring everything was in order. One of the best features was the reliable backup power, which made my stay stress-free despite Lusaka’s frequent outages. If you’re looking for a great place with all the essentials and a welcoming host, I highly recommend staying here. Will definitely book again!

The hippo house is great, you have elephants, monkeys and bush bucks passing by from time to time. It has everything you need and is very close to the entrance of the national Park. The communication with Peter was easy and I would recommend it anytime!

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is such a beautiful apartment. It is so spacious and clean. The ppl who work on the property are so friendly and accommodating too which I loved. Helen is so helpful and proactive with anything you require. I arrived quite late and needed water urgently and she managed to arrange a contact who could deliver water to me. The pool and gym is where I was spending the majority of my time to keep fit during my stay. I highly recommend this place because it is clean and the security is top notch so if you are new to the area, you actually have nothing to worry about on this property. Also, because of the beautiful trees on the property, you hear the birds chirping in the morning around their nests and is so refreshing to wake up to each day.

At first we encountered some issues but Anna was very quick to respond and fix all our concerns! The checkin attendant Enoch & Anna’s friend Favour were also very welcoming and helpful too Overall the hospitality was exceptional!

We wanted some where secure, clean and in a peaceful area and this exactly what we got. Given the power situation in Zambia this year. The inverter did the job automatically with a need for us to do anything and there was also a gas cooker readily available for cooking purposes. I was especially pleased that the fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances worked with the inverter as other places do not provide this . The Property Manager Mary was super responsive there was a slight problem shower head and offered to send a plumber through at our Convenience Same to other issues, Very friendly, helpful and flexible it was a good choice and if chosen would be one you would not regret. We had amazing experience and it was worth it beautiful house Thank you Emma

we have a great time away in Emily's home from home. Even through plumbing, power and water issues (through no fault of Emilys) we still had a comfortable stay. The pool was a highlight and we loved spending time on the porch.

Junaid's place was incredibly new, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities (gym, pool, pool house) are great too. The location is good for accessing all of Lusaka, particularly the airport and the Eastern suburbs of the city.

Beautiful house with all the amenities. With the power issues in Zambia, there was an inverter that was charging our gadgets.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive! The place was very clean and cleaners came every day which was very important to me as we were a group of 11. And the solar backup was a plus. Would definitely recommend the property! It is worth your money.

The area is prime in Lusaka, and we had a great stay. The only problem we had was with the aircons that are not working due to load shedding, and Mosquitoes hammered us. It would be nice to include solar/rechargeable fans to avoid this issue. Everything else about the place was perfect.
