We were looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful to unwind. Hazel's place suited our needs. Hazel's holist retreat has beautiful surroundings. Hazel has also created different spaces to chill in house and outside the house. Hazel's accurate description of services and amenities helped us prepare and plan for our trip. The mini bar in the house was nice touch. Hazel's holist retreat exceeded our expectations. We definitely recommend Hazel's place to anyone.

This is by far the nicest location I’ve ever stayed at in the entire world. The home itself is beautiful and ideal for larger groups/families. It’s immaculately well kept, the bathrooms are clean and newly renovated, the large open concept kitchen/living area is beautifully appointed. The outdoor space is just as incredible, and well kept and looked after by the gardener and guard on staff. Sarah is truly a world class host with lots of local recommendations and comprehensive knowledge of what to do around Livingstone. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing luxurious stay with a bit of rustic charm sprinkled on top.

Great location. Everything is a short drive away especially East Park Mall, Manda Hill Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a communal kitchen. However, due to the power outages, this probably your best option for Airbnb. There are solar panels so you don't feel the power outages as much. I will add the staff present are helpful and if there's anything they can't sort out, Kevin does.

if you use Google maps easy to find. you need private transport or Bolt to get somewhere. but that's just looking do find anything negative. ;-) .. overall more than happy. everything and more was there in kitchen and bathroom. we will be back!

Laurence's place was exactly like the pictures posted, beautiful and quiet place and secure. Next time i am in Lusaka i will definitely stay there.

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

Rochelle was an excellent host. We spent four very comfortable nights at her property which was essentially an oasis! We also had fantastic service from her maid Esther who was so efficient. Many thanks for the great hospitality. Will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Tom and Sarah were wonderful hosts; so friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Just a small tip for future guests: the location is quite remote, so I’d recommend renting a car or making and arrangement with a Yango driver (e-hail) in advance. Other than that, it’s the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway!

good lodgings, great host, Chipo, Vera and the team were helpful above and beyond, before I arrived, while there and at the end....just very responsive and highly helpful. they handled my every challenge with ease and efficiency, I plan to use them again

We had a fantastic stay at Anthony's place! Anthony was incredibly responsive and always available to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The housekeeper, Sharon, was a superstar—she was on-site every day, proactively managing any issues before I even noticed them, such as organizing a plumber to fix the washing machine. The house itself is quiet and private and had enought space for the entire family, which we greatly appreciated. One standout feature was the backup power system, which kept all amenities running smoothly during load shedding—a huge convenience! I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

Bob's place was splendid. It exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do the place any justice, it is far much better and gorgeous. I was gifting my family a Christmas gateaway and it was the perfect place, location wise and size - we were a group of 9 people and each one of us had our own bed as the house can accommodate up to 11 people or so - and each room is en-suite so no sharing of bathrooms. Natasha is managing the property, she is so helpful and very responsive, she attended to every issue we raised. We were glad to find the kitchen fully stocked with mineral water, eggs, milk etc, we felt right at home. As I was flying out of the country after Christmas, Natasha helped to arrange transport to the airport for me at a small fee, and the driver was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Bob's place for group visits outside the hustle and bustle of city life... For some peace and quiet moments with family and friends. Will be visiting again soon!

I was very satisfied, and spent a lot of time in the house as I worked from there, easy to find for others who visited me to work with me or picked me up, Kings Land is developing even more so that in the future there will also be restaurants and a large mall. The house is maintained daily from Monday to Friday by a very friendly cleaner and also the garden we do neatly and daily. The place is clean, very clean and has plenty of space, with a large kitchen, I like the view from the house that it is not so built. Even though Kingsland is not quite so in the center, I like this facility very much with a lot of greenery. Thank you again Michel

Was a great stay, Salama Park is a good part of town, easy access to a lot of things.

I haven’t seen this clean place in any Airbnb, host was really cooperative and problem solver.the place wasn’t far from the centre. It was a very safe neighbourhood, will definitely visit again.

The apartment was spotless and a perfect serene spot. Mwila and Esther were helpful. Esther went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Amenities were top notch and we were impressed by the details. Despite the load shedding, Mwila found a way for us to have power... Would definitely visit again and I loved the pets, Kai and Kia... They welcomed us everytime we stepped in...🫣

Very nice, safe, Clean, private apartments, I really enjoyed my 3 weeks stay at this property very comfortable I found everything they listed well organized, the host and the Co- host were so nice and friendly. Felistus she’s was so nice, kind and good to me whenever I needed something she never delayed me she gets everything done on time she’s the best. I really enjoyed my time there I miss it already can’t wait to come back again!!! The whole crew good work!!

My stay at Mayase's was amazing. I felt like never going back because it felt just like home. It's a place I am definitely coming back always when I am in town.

Kim's place (Kafupi's Guesthouse) was a beautiful and tranquil space immersed in the heart of nature. Our family of four had a comfortable stay and it was exactly the type of place we look for when taking time out for a quick break. The house was a lovely space to be in and had a number of useful amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The staff were friendly and always available to assist us whether it be organizing for the kids to feed the fish in the dam or organizing the fire pit for an evening of making s'mores. Kathi place is a very beautiful house beautiful decor and furniture very spacious Ideal place to stay only 5 minutes walk into local town with shops and bars and restaurants Kathi place is very safe and I would highly recommend this place especially compared to other properties in Lusaka district I will definitely return when next in lusaka I

This review poses a challenge, as both the house and the host, along with the welcoming ambiance, exceeded my expectations. The space was more spacious than the photos portrayed, and the presence of friendly dogs never failed to bring a smile to my face. I arrived as a guest but felt an immediate connection with Lawrence; in just a few minutes, it was like we were brothers. Lawrence's hospitality was exceptional, going the extra mile by personally guiding me to attractions that suited my interests and even making his car available for my rental. It's clear that this listing is more about Lawrence than the house itself. I'm certainly planning to return for the warmth and camaraderie. The outdoor barbecue was another delightful highlight of the experience.
