Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Mohamed was a very nice and caring host, allowing us to check in late at night and making us breakfast, on request, even on the day of check out. The room is located on the ground floor, so it is very comfortable with suitcases, and has a private bathroom. It is small but clean and equipped with every comfort: fridge, hairdryer, hot water in the bathroom, kettle for making tea. We are satisfied with our stay at Mohamed's and recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Belle Epoque. Our apartment was truly exceptional — spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. The villa itself is a unique boutique property nestled in the quiet and atmospheric district of Maadi, which gave our stay a relaxed and refined feel. Breakfasts were excellent, with the option to dine inside the elegant dining room or outside by the pool — a perfect start to the day. Speaking of pools, there are two on the property, and our children were absolutely delighted. The staff were outstanding: kind, helpful, and wonderfully discreet. A peaceful oasis in Cairo — we would gladly return.

Nice, clean and quiet

Very convenient location, just across the ground floor from the museum, facing the Nile River, with a beautiful sunset view, 2 km from the train station, and easy access to Aswan.Muhammad was kind and replied quickly, gave any help, recommended to stay.

I recommend this place very, very highly. It's about as peaceful as it gets in the area, as Giza is a noisy city and here is on the edge of the desert and a nice village. It's a comfortable room with a nice balcony. There are views of the pyramids from the sunny roof. I had my best breakfasts and dinner in my two months in Egypt here. But the most important thing is that Mohammad really, really went out of his way to meet my needs, which are many. He knows a great deal about the sites and I felt really comfortable with him. He lived in Holland for 10 years and is very smart and easy going. But most uniquely, he has local relationships that allow him to take you to places that are not open to the public. Absolutely incredible horse ride in the desert. A real highlight of my trip. Just note that if you, like me, are used to being independent, you need to know that here you will be quite dependent on him for everything. There are not many shops or restaurants around and it's not easy to find the place on your own. But Mohammad is willing and able to get you everything you need. Just needs some mosquito spray for the room but I"m sure he can deal with that. Awesome place!

Passant is a pleasant host. She communicated very well and was very helpful and assisted me throughout my stay.

My stay here was very short but enjoyable. Muhammed picked me up from the airport for a small fee, which made coming to Cairo for the first time a lot less stressful! He was so kind and hospitable, even offered me to join him on a day trip to Alexandria, which I, unfortunately, did not have time for. His staff was also very helpful and assisted me in ordering food 24/7. The place is in a good location close to the Egyptian Museum. It can be a little hard to find if you don't know what you are looking for, so I suggest being picked up by Muhammed or another staff member if possible. There is a big red sign outside, so if you come back at night you should be able to find it that way. The neighborhood also feels safe to walk around at night. Thank you Muhammed and others!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the wonderful host Aya for her warm welcome and the cleanliness and beauty of the apartment. The stay was very comfortable, and the attention to detail truly reflected her great taste and care. The experience of arriving at the apartment by boat was absolutely amazing and added a unique and special touch to the stay. I would also like to thank Uncle Khaled, the boat captain, for his kindness and constant smile, which made the ride even more enjoyable.

My favorite place when I visit Cairo A small hotel in the middle of the island of Qusaya Aya in cleanliness and tranquility led by Professor Aya, which you will find when you need her, I left my things for a whole day and sent it to me with all the openness Don't hesitate if you are in Cairo and want a clean place at an affordable price

Ideal for staying in a place steeped in history and ideally located in the center of Cairo! This house offers youth hostel type accommodation and private rooms. The pool is very nice after a day sightseeing. Perfect setting for a stay in Cairo ✨

it was great experience to my family and the best thing was Mrs Aya super superior behaviour ,she was helpful ,decent ,respectful,cheerful& careful too much about her guest to make their stay easy ,comfortable and happy

The place is cozy, I loved it, I felt that I am in home. The breakfast portion was very very good and the taste of the food was great. Thank you for all the staff, they are so friendly. Thank you Zeinab for your help.

The accommodation is very well located, it was clean. In the location, it could be mentioned that it is on the seventh floor of a building, where the reception on the first floor has no relation to the accommodation. When you get to the seventh, the entrance is beautiful and the people who help you check in are very friendly

the big streets right next door especially for tourists all are close to you.

Mohamed was very Good. Everything clean and close to the pyramids. Issar pick me up in the AirPort, very Good guy also. I recommend this hotel. 5 star
