Great accommodation with stunning views across the bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was something for everyone and the toys and trampoline were a bonus for our 2 young kids. Ivana is a fantastic host - great communication and she provided lots of very useful information about property and the surrounding areas.

Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Check-in wir haben uns von Anfang an Zuhause gefühlt. Petar war stets für uns erreichbar und sein Vater hat uns täglich mit frischen Produkten aus dem Garten überrascht und beschenkt. Der Pool sowie die Asche des Grills und das neue Feuerholz wurde regelmässig gereinigt/aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank für alles! Bis vald und Liebe Grüsse Seraina

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und eine rundum tolle Zeit! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen – mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Platte, die nicht nur toll aussah, sondern auch richtig lecker war. An einem Abend haben unsere Gastgeber sogar für uns gegrillt und uns mit köstlichen Grillplatten verwöhnt – das war ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und falls doch mal etwas benötigt wurde, haben die Gastgeber es uns sofort und unkompliziert gebracht. Außerdem gab es tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und wertschätzend – man hat sich einfach rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Majas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, am Hang mit Blick auf Meer, die Inseln Hvar und Brac und Berge. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und konnten viele schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und das Sahnehäubchen ist der riesige Pool, in welchem man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Maja hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Ana und ihre Familie sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich, fragen immer nach ob alles gut ist oder einem was fehlt. Eines Abends hat Anas Vater sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbeigebracht. Außerdem wurden wir einmal zum Essen in deren eigenen Restaurant eingeladen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Gemeinschaft mit ihnen schön. Ausstattungsmäßig ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Sogar mehr als erwartet. Die Lage ist super schön. Es ist ruhig und man ist privat für sich. Der eigene Pool war für uns das Highlight. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Vila Iko und würden es nur jedem weiter empfehlen 😍😍

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

The most special place with stunning views but secluded and private. Thomas’s father who’s vineyard it is was super friendly and looked after us giving us wine, dates and fruit (from the garden) The cliff bar / cafe Corni Petar just to the right at the bottom of the drive then down the windy track on the left is amazing. Lovely chilled environment, quiet music and cold beer - visiting is a must. The beach below is very special and as we were at the start of the season practically empty which made it all the more mesmerising. Lots of lovely restaurants in Jelsa but a car / taxi is preferable to get there. Stari Grad and Vrboska are also very cute.

Tonci's Unterkunft ist ein Hidden Gem. Die Anfahrt ist sehr steil und auf Grund einer Engstelle eher mit Kleinwagen zu empfehlen (wir hatten einen VW Polo und einen Renault Capture gemietet). Die Strapazen lohnen sich jedoch auf jeden Fall! Begrüßt wurden wir gegen 20:30 von Tonci persönlich. Er hatte eine kleine Käse/Wurst-Platte bereitgestellt und zeigte uns die Wohnung. Entgegen der Angabe es gäbe kein warm Wasser gab es doch welches, man musste nur den Boilerschalter umlegen. Die Wohnung war sauber und sah aus, wie auf den Bildern. Oben in dem Bergen ist man ziemlich privat unterwegs. Die nächsten Nachbarn wohnen gute 60m entfernt. Tonci kam circa alle drei Tage vorbei um den Pool zu warten (Chlortabletten nachfüllen und Wasserstand messen). Während der Pool wieder gefüllt wurde blieb Zeit für Fragen zur Ungebung und kleine Gespräche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen und können diese aunterkunft nur empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Ante’s place! The home was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The host was responsive and accommodating, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The only minor issue was that the internet connection was a bit slow at times, and mobile data didn’t work as well as expected, but it didn’t take away from the charm of the stay. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to unplug and enjoy some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene escape!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Martins Apartment und konnten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. 😊 Das Apartment liegt direkt am Strand und es wurden auch Liegen für den Strand bereitgestellt. Der Ort ist einfach traumhaft und sehr ruhig gelegen. Es gibt tolle Wanderwege an der Küste. Martin und seine Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Wann immer wir ein Problem hatten, halfen uns Martin oder seine entzückenden Eltern sofort. Sie stellten uns sogar eine Krabbelmatte für unser Baby zur Verfügung.

Gospodarz Branka i rodzina byli najsympatyczniejszymi ludzmi ktorych spotkalismy w Chorwacji. Mieszkanie mialo dosloslownie wszystko, bylo czyste i klimatyczne. Branka wlozyla serce w kazdy detal oraz przyjela nas z niesamowita goscinnoscia. Dwa razy podczas pobytu dostalismy chyba najlepsza focaccie jaka jedlismy z wlasnorecznie robionym humusem. W lodowce czakala na nas rakija i dwa lokalne piwa. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce. Szczegolnie wlascicielom psow. Branka dziekujemy bardzo za goscine.

A Hidden Gem in Pisak – Peace, Beauty, and Warm Hospitality My girlfriend and I spent a magical week in a small, simple apartment in Pisak, Croatia. Though modest, the real charm was outside: stunning views of the Adriatic and Brač, stairs to two small beaches, and a third hidden beach just a short walk away — it felt like our own private paradise. The highlight, however, were the hosts. Despite renovating the apartment above, they were warm, welcoming, and generous — greeting us with homemade wine and local treats, and making us feel like part of their family. If you're looking for luxury interiors, look elsewhere. But if you seek natural beauty, peace, and genuine Croatian hospitality, this is the perfect escape. Wunderschönes Steinhaus mit prächtigem Blick übers Meer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Etwas abseits - ein Auto ist deshalb sehr empfehlenswert. Jovana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und reagiert rasch. Grosse Empfehlung!

Wir haben die Zeit in Vedrans Haus sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vedran und seine Frau waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Sobald man Kontakt mit Ihnen aufgenommen hat, waren sie sofort erreichbar. Vedrans Frau hat uns das Haus bestens vorbereitet, Kühlschrank gefüllt und alles super erklärt. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. An einem Tag hat Vedran sogar für uns hervorragend gegrillt. Die Gegend, in der das Haus steht, ist sehr naturnah und der Blick ins Gebirge atemberaubend! Wir genossen den Ausblick besonders am Abend im Jacuzzi, denn da konnte man den Sonnenuntergang am besten beobachten! Danke Vedran und Maja für eure unerschöpfliche Gastfreundschaft und die wundervolle Atmosphäre in eurem Haus!

We zijn met onze 2 kids (10 en 13 jaar) 10 nachten in dit fijne huis geweest. Wat een heerlijke plek! Rustig, schoon, hele vriendelijke en attente verhuurders en een heerlijk zwembad met buitenkeuken. Daar kun je probleemloos de hele dag en avond buiten zitten. Alles is met zorg gebouwd en wordt met grote zorg onderhouden Er is een buitendouche en een extra, nieuwe luxe badkamer. Het huis is aan de kleine kant maar prima en heeft airco in de woonkamer en in 1 slaapkamer. We kregen op onze laatste avond een heerlijk diner aangeboden waarvan we hebben genoten! De snelweg ligt dichtbij dus je kunt makkelijk allerlei leuke uitstapjes maken, zoals naar Dubrovnik, Makarska (stranden) en Mostar (Bosnië). Kortom: wij hebben een super fijne tijd gehad mede door de gastvrije verhuurders en kunnen dit huis aan iedereen aanbevelen!

Wow wow wow…. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sauber, ordentlich und vor allem wundervoll zum entspannen. Wir haben diese absolute Ruhe wirklich genossen. Man erreicht alles schnell mit dem Auto. Der Kontakt mit Ante war immer freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.

Nádherné místo, naprostý klid a soukromí. Vybavení domu nadstandardní, kuchyň úžasná a celý dům velmi vkusně zařízen. Děkujeme!

We had an amazing 6-night stay at Irena’s place with our dog. Upon arrival we were greeted with an AC-cooled apartment, fresh fruit, treats for our pup and local liquors. The area is a peaceful escape in a quiet town with beautiful mountain views. It’s a bit of a windy trek getting up to the house but it’s well worth it and you get used to the route quickly. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped for a longer stay (extra towels, cooking basics) and the outdoor shower was a lovely addition. The host was extremely responsive and friendly to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Can’t rate this place and this area highly enough. First visit to Croatia and fell in love. The house is perfect for a small family, everything you need, offstreet parking, plenty of space and god did we need the pool with the weather we had. Although you can walk down to the beach having a car was ideal as it was a 2 minute drive to the marina, shops or any of the wide range of restaurants. Milan is a top guy and great host. Responsive to any questions we had as it was our first visit to the country and couldn’t fault the whole experience.

What a perfect stay! The comfortable house had plenty of space and beds for our family of 5. We made full use of the well stocked kitchen and grill over our 9 night stay. Plenty of entertainment options at this rural location- swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool table, al fresco dining, star gazing. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. We were greeted upon arrival to a charcuterie plate, wines, and various schnapps, all homemade. Their recommendation of 5ar restaurant in town was a great one. There isn't a whole lot else in the town of Zagvozd, however. We found it worth it to stock up using supermarkets elsewhere (Makarska). The hosts went above and beyond by treating us to a truly fabulous meal of Peka (featuring the best potatoes we have ever eaten) and salad, again all homemade and local, while enjoying their wonderful company. We were like extended family. A big thanks to our wonderful hosts Ivana and Luka (and Pa!) for such an amazing experience!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche zu sechst in Marinos Haus verbracht und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Marino war von Anfang an hervorragend – er hat sich immer proaktiv gemeldet, super schnell geantwortet und war jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir, als wir uns einmal versehentlich ausgesperrt hatten – keine zehn Minuten später war Marino persönlich vor Ort, um uns die Tür wieder zu öffnen. Er hat uns außerdem mit vielen tollen Empfehlungen für die Region versorgt, was unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Das Haus selbst ist traumhaft schön gelegen, allerdings sollte man beachten, dass man ohne Auto etwas eingeschränkt ist – es liegt recht weit oben am Berg, und zu Fuß ist der Rückweg durchaus eine kleine Herausforderung. Mit Auto aber absolut kein Problem! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die top a
