Holiday rentals with a patio in Zagreb

The apartment is easy to find, a big plus is the parking in front of the house. Very close to the center - walkable in bad 20 minutes. For two people very big apartment and very clean. We're still coming. I recommend it.

We loved our stay - it was a great location for us to explore Zagreb. We enjoyed the park walks close by and the centre was easily walkable. Would stay here again if we were back in the area :)

Ivan’s place is modern and clean. We felt at home in comfort. Everything you need or want is in walking distance. After a day of exploring and hanging out with friends, you want to “go home”, get cleaned up and relax. And that’s exactly what you get to do. The private parking driveway if you rented a car is the BEST!!! We loved the privacy/safety Ivan’s place provided. We would stay again. This place is PERFECT!

The house is just as it appears in the photos. With all the amenities, very clean and cozy. As it faces an interior courtyard, it lacks noise, very close to downtown, contests, bakeries and a market nearby. The contact with the owner was excellent. Totally recommended

Had a most excellent time at Silvija's compact but fully functional and well-equipped studio. Pros: - A+ host. Proactive and helpful - the kitchen was the highlight as it had a toaster and toaster oven. Perfect for long-term stays - neat and spotless upon arrival - convenient, quiet, and safe location - simple and easy self check-in - very comfortable bed - nice wide private balcony - lots of plug sockets dotted about - excellent washing machine - flexible check-out Cons: - the sink in the bathroom is very peculiar. Due to the way the shelf juts out above it, it covers almost half of the sink, which is small to begin with, and made it hard to wash your face there. I ended up doing my morning ablutions in the kitchen sink to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor - some of the wall hooks, toilet seat, and sockets are a bit loose and require maintenance - the hallway outside is quite echo-y so you can hear people coming and going but the neighbours are generally quiet

A very quiet and comfortable place to stay. It’s a little away from the centre, but it’s easy to walk to the tram and take that everywhere. Very big recommend!

Beautiful home, well-maintained. A microwave would be a plus to be able to heat things up. Very steep garden, not very passable. Very nice layout of the terrace. Katarina l dominik is available, easily reachable and responsive. We recommend this accommodation for a quiet and relaxing stay

This accommodation was more than perfect for catching an early morning flight from Zagreb. Directions and check-in were simple and vicinity to airport was optimal (took us 7 minutes). Apartment was immaculate…big bathroom, nice shower, cute kitchen, spacious balconies….and a very comfortable bed. Ana was great with instructions!!! Charming and clean place - nice host.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at Mirta’s place while we were in Zagreb. It’s a great location and the space in the apartment is very well utilized! If you are traveling with more than one person, be aware that the hot water heater isn’t very big, so if two people are showering back to back you might run out of hot water.

The place looks exactly like the pictures. Host provides clear and timely instructions regarding check-in. A private parking spot, given the location, is a huge plus. The home itself is spacious, warm, work-from-home, and located just two minutes from public transportation to the city center. The entire apartment is equipped with all the necessary necessities and basic groceries for a short stay.

We had a great time at Marta's place. The location was perfect as everything was within walking distance. Marta was also very helpful with any requests. Will definitely stay here again during our next stay in Zagreb.

All in all, the stay for 2 nights was good. Everything was within walking distance. You had everything you needed. We booked the apartment mainly because of the concert in the opposite arena. It was convenient. For 4 people it would only have been a little better if there was a 4th thicker blanket. Unfortunately, the large balcony window in the living room didn't seem quite tight, which is why it was relatively noisy and a small passage came through. Should there ever be another concert in the arena, I would book the apartment again.
