We really enjoyed staying at Fernando's house. The view of Mount Etna was beautiful and the space was charming. And we were greeted with a bottle of wine, water, and cookies. The biggest limitation is that, as indicated in the listing, the space has no WiFi, but it is possible to have mobile data.

The apartment is charming and spacious and there is also a private terrace that we used a lot. The location is excellent both for reaching the center on foot and for reaching external locations by car. There is always parking a short distance from the house. Luigi was impeccable and available at all times, always ready to give advice on what to do or where to eat and also to intervene to solve any problem. Moreover, he had the foresight to leave us basic necessities on arrival to make us feel immediately welcomed. Highly recommended.

My family and I loved our stay at Anita’s place! The apartment looks just like the pictures and is in a fantastic location, extremely close to restaurants, bars, shops and the cable car. Although you can hear people at the nearby restaurants in the evening, they didn’t disturb our sleep and I personally loved hearing people having fun. In addition, we couldn’t hear any noise at all when we were in the second bedroom. We had a rental car and parked in one of the garages outside the medieval gate and took the free shuttle back to the gate and walked to the apartment from there. It was quite easy and not troublesome at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Giuseppe is an exceptional host, very helpful and available. The village of Motta Camastra is very nice and the view is sublime. We were lucky to be there during the 2 days of the village festival so we could enjoy the concerts, fireworks, processions, illuminations and brass band. The apartment is very functional, well located in the village and allows you to enjoy the various visits to do in the vicinity including Etna. We regret not staying longer!

Alberto and his father Giorgio were the most gracious hosts! Giorgio took time to personally introduce me to the locals and showed me all the spots to visit in order to make the most out of my stay. I will most definitely be back!

Already miss this lovely place which became our dream Sicilian country home for three nights! Located in a peaceful gardens area, accompanied by lovely doggies, Mathilde's place gave us a feeling of coziness and freedom. I can only regret that our busy programme didn't allow us to meet with her in person but she was ver approachable and easy going. If you are looking for a quite place near to Naxos and Taormina, and a good starting point for Etna - don't hesitate to book this place :)

We were made to feel very welcome by Frederico and the parents. We are very attentive throughout the stay, flexible at check in and with great suggestions and helpful tips in the visits we intended to make. They are generous people, available without ever invading the space. The bustling street is far off the bustling street. I would recommend the experience to anyone. The area is also very interesting and very well located to visit this side of the island. It was worth it. Thank you

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

This place is a little haven. Beautiful views and so relaxing and peaceful amongst the orange trees and the wildlife. Salvo is the perfect host. He cannot do enough for you and is so kind and generous. This is our third stay at Casa di Civi and will not be the last!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The apartment is very big and spacious. Great layout of the rooms. The balconies are a dream. Great host. The place is easy to reach and perfect starting point for great excursions in the area. We will be happy to come back.

The long journey up the mountain was absolutely worth it, the view over the valley, the sea, and the surrounding villages is simply breathtaking. The house was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This region is truly one of the most spectacular areas you can experience in Sicily, highly recommended!

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Amazing house and super kind owner! You can feel it’s very relaxing, clean and great place to rest. Indeed, you probably cannot get here without a car, and the road is quite challenging. But the house is rewarding you as soon as you open the gate :) I recommend 100%

Fantastic location by the sea! Lovely house with great views of the sea. Pozzillo was fabulous and Italians but no foreigners, so it is a genuine fishing port with swimming and sunbathing. the restaurant il Gato Pescatore is really good and very reasonable…

Vincenzo is a great communicator and attentive host. He shared valuable reccommendations for things to do in the local area, restaurants and shops. The accomodation is in a fantastic location with views to Mt Etna in the west, and the coast in the east. It is very comfortable and a great place to relax and unwind. Thank you very much, Vincenzo!

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

Wow, what can we say? Just a dream stay! The location and views are stunning, the property is beautiful, and Maria and her husband offered excellent advice on local opportunities. For a relaxing, peaceful stay and a base for both Etna and the Catania coastline, I cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for a wonderful break!

Antonio personally welcomed us and explained everything in detail. He is very friendly. He was always available for questions and helped immediately. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This is exceptional: very spacious with large terrace. The furnishings are of very high quality. The location is very central. Parking is possible directly at the house. We can definitely recommend the place.

A magical retreat – it couldn't get much better than that! This house is an absolute dream! Nestled in a lemon plantation in the mountains, with stunning views – on one side the sparkling sea, on the other side of majestic Etna. The tranquility here is indescribable, you only hear nature. I was able to really unwind, unwind and re-energize. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very clean and offers everything you need. The highlight: the terrace! I will never forget this view. In addition, the opportunity to pick and enjoy so many fresh lemons – whether to eat or as a freshly squeezed juice – a dream for all the senses! The cats are especially fond of me – so intimate and sweet, I immediately took them to heart. A huge thank you to Sarah – she is a wonderful host, warm, helpful and always trying to make the stay perfect. Best regards, I'll be back!
