The apartment is located in the Bavarian forest in the beautiful town of Regen, directly on the black rain. A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Directly behind the house some hiking trails start. Our house is located 2 km from the city center of Deggendorf at a slight altitude. The loosely built housing estate is located in the middle of the countryside without through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to enjoy a relaxing hike. The apartment with en-suite bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping roofs create a very cosy atmosphere.
