Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yuba City

Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

New to Keshav rentals but greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we could need was provided and I was able to easily whip up dinner with some extended family. Backyard is great for listening to the birds and grill was ready to use. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly communicative from the start and full of helpful information and tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the nature. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with convenience in mind. This place is a hidden gem and the price was amazing for a place like this. The scenery was great, the privacy was amazing, the fresh air, the lake etc...it was super relaxing. My wife and I loved our time there for her birthday and we didn't want to leave 😭😭 It was the perfect getaway spot away from our busy lives with work and much more. Also Tod was an amazing host and super responsive during our stay there. I reccomend this place a lot. My wife and I will be coming back again and plenty more hehe

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

In town with friends for a spiritual retreat. This was the perfect place to come home to in the evenings. Serene. Peaceful neighborhood. Well located. Great kitchen for cooking. Lovely seating areas, inside and outside. I'd love to return when I had more time to actually enjoy the house.

Your Airbnb was the nicest place we have ever stayed and we have been renting houses in many states and countries for 35 years. You have done a wonderful job of making sure the house looks absolutely beautiful and the instructions for using the appliances were very concise and easy to follow. Great Job!

This is our third stay at the Atomic Lounge - it's a favorite. It's a small one-bedroom flat, with high ceilings, on the second floor (separate entrance) of a classic old house just a block from the center of activity in lovely, historic Grass Valley. The whimsical 1950's sci-fi wall decor is the "Atomic" part, but the main feeling of the place is cozy cozy cozy. There is a bit of traffic noise from time to time, but small price for being a short walking distance from restaurants, art centers, historic places, etc. A parking place is provided right in the driveway; punch the door code and you're in - couldn't be more convenient. William also just installed a new cooling/heating system that quietly and gently keeps the temperature just where you want it. Super clean, well lit - top notch.

I am a nurse and needed to decompress and Lori, her husband, and Linda were amazing! This apartment was spotless private and clean! They were so accommodating and nice to us and I highly recommend this stay! Thank you for being kind, flexible and professional. I truly appreciate you accommodating me and my bf! I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

This was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Peggy was great & her unit, though small, was uncluttered , very comfortable & very well stocked. The crowning feature was the lovely, peaceful & cool backyard. Our 4 year old granddaughter lived visiting

Booked this at the last minute for a quick one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within the hour. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the property, so well kept, peaceful and inviting. The place is so serene, and everything about it made us wish we could stay longer. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and spacious with everything we could have needed. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Very nicely christmas themed, huge tv which was a big plus and very clean.

We had a fabulous time and the back yard / pool area was a perfect setting for my large bachelorette. It seemed the host was anxious about having a group our size (23 women) yet did not list anywhere a maximum number of guests on the listing. It seemed we earned their trust through the stay though. Initially it felt awkward to have to text the host for things like turning on the hot tub or outdoor lights or pool slide, but they were pretty fast in response time and it ended up feeling pretty easy. Wish the kitchen would have had more kitchen towels, seems maybe not set up for full on dinner party use - but they did bring trash bags and replace the outside grill upon our request, which was impressive. Overall a positive experience! The grotto was lots of fun - we never left the property all weekend.

This home was such a great place for our family (with two young kids) to stay. The yard is so beautiful and peaceful, the home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home, though it was also quite walkable into town. Really the pictures don’t do it justice! We’ll definitely stay here again! Also Bob and Ann were super responsive if anything came up… thanks!

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Ben and his team went above and beyond to make our stay at the Hart House incredibly cozy and relaxing. The home had everything we could possibly need, from super comfortable beds to a beautifully curated space surrounded by stunning nature and charming wildlife. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. My only small note is that I couldn’t locate the first aid kit when I needed a Band-Aid—but honestly, that’s such a minor thing in an otherwise perfect getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and I’d recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Thank you, Ben!

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ITS A WHOLE VIBE!!! Great for a Girls’ Trip! We had a group of 10 ladies for a girls' getaway, and this place was perfect. The pool and hot tub were clean and ready to enjoy, and the pool house was spacious—great for relaxing together. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the whole house was very clean and well stocked. There were plenty of towels, serving dishes, and everything we needed to cook and hang out. It really felt like a home away from home. It’s peaceful and quiet out in the country, but still just a short drive to stores and shopping. The BBQ grill was a nice bonus for outdoor meals. Thank you, Brendan, for being a great host and making sure everything was just right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is just what we needed for our family reunion! We had six adults sleeping there and our grandkids visiting some days. We cooked a lot of food and swam a little bit. The backyard was peaceful and we enjoyed going for walks on nearby trails. We appreciated the large square footage because we came from several time zones and were on different sleep schedules and this house provided the space we needed to spread out or to gather. Would definitely stay here again!

This villa is in the heart of the foothills surrounded by nature. Its deck is perfect to take in the views, the home is beautiful and plenty of space for several guest. Host description of beds/rooms is accurate. We loved the little theater in back, asked for karaoke but didn’t have a chance to use but LOVED this option. Host is very responsive, willing to work out any issue or concern. If you’re looking for a large family or friend gathering in a quiet peaceful nature setting this is the place!! Warning you lose cell service before arriving at home, WiFi was great very fast just be aware to load address ahead of time and use internet for calls.
