Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. The apartment is 100 sqm 50 meters to the beach and ice cream kiosk. Two Bedrooms (Double bed, 2 Single beds) Large modern kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Welcome to Skönadal with friends and family! The Villa is located next to a beautiful lake with a waterfall which flows into a stream that winds through a fairytale valley. If you take a walk along the fields in the rural landscape you get to Svarte. There you'll find a train station, a lovely sandy beach and a cozy beach cafe. Skönadal is close by Ystad och you can also visit lovely Österlen, Abbekås harbour, Mossbylund Spa, Ystad Zoo, Snogeholm's walking area and several beautiful castles.
