Tiny house holiday rentals in York County

Location, location, location. I grew up spending thousands of hours swimming at Shots Sands Beach, playing at Fun-o-rama and getting kisses at the Goldenrod. This is a perfect place for a family with young kids. We watched in wonder as a hummingbird sipped from a flower in the window box. The new shower is large enough for two people. The antique fixtures give this cottage fabulous charm. Remember to bring your own bed linens and towels. Doug and Laura are great caretakers of this cottage. We had great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back!!

Just came back from a great week in Old Orchard Beach and Mathew’s cottage was an important part of what made the week so enjoyable. The cottage, two blocks from the beach, had all we needed, a thoughtfully put together kitchen with all the appliances that you would need to easily cook most of your meals. The cottage was cute, quiet (removed from the street) and a nice place to just hand out in. Mathew responded to our inquiries within a few minutes. We had a personal problem and needed to change our originally selected date. Mathew was sympathetic to our problem and accommodated our requested date change. I strongly recommend Matthew’s place

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to be right on the beach. Coffee at sunrise. We walked to Ogonquit and enjoyed lunch and shopping. It was so nice to be able to walk there. It was off season so crowds were minimal. The cottage had everything we needed. Was clean and cozy. Loved this place and would definetly stay again. Perfect get away.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend away. Three generations taking a quick road trip. It made the perfect home base for visiting the theater and music venue in New Hampshire while exploring the beach and the shops locally during the day. Plenty of good food at the local restaurants. Beautiful area for my morning walk with my coffee, peaceful setting for Mom to read her book and a playground nearby for my daughter to have time on the swing for her sensory needs. We did some exploring on Wiggly Bridge Trail then we did some tasting at Wiggly Bridge Distillery. I'm looking forward to returning for a long weekend with my boyfriend and our dogs as the place is pet friendly and it will provide a perfect getaway with a pets for walking exploring the beach and parks and taken in the scenery relaxing in the quiet of the night. The area was very quiet in the evening There was no noise no traffic sounds. We highly recommend! Lynn, Marina and Marie.

Dan’s cottage was in a perfect and convenient location. It was private and right next to a lovely creek. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the outdoors. Inside the cottage was very well laid out with comfortable and clean furniture and well stocked and spotless kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed for our stay. The heat worked quickly and well for the cool nights. Would love to stay again when we return.

We had a great time! Nice place, well kept, and we’ll set up for whatever we wanted to do. Age restricted amenities would have been good to have more clarity on before we checked in , but all in all it was great

The Blue Fish Cottage was adorable, comfortable, and perfect for our weekend fall getaway. We loved being walking distance from a quirky bar and a tasty restaurant. Being 3/4 of a mile from Wallis Sands Beach was perfect. Brian and Susan were gracious hosts, and even joined my cheering crew for the Wallis Sands Triathlon!

This was an amazing stay! The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We were provided with a list of things to do in the area that included great eats, sight seeing and other local things to do. Eric was quick to respond and proactive in reaching out and checking in. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, we will definitely find time to visit again!

It was a great experience to stay here. The space was a perfect size for a couple looking to get away. The space was clean and only a 10 second walk from a private beach. Our host was fantastic. She checked in to make sure we had everything we need and even provided us with travel sized bathroom supplies. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway!

Sherry definitely is a SUPER HOST! She is always responsive to texts or requests and her Air B&B's are exactly as described. Our stay in her "Chic Camper" was great, even though the rain tried to get in the way! We will definitely stay with Sherry again! An absolute "YES" for recommending this Air B&B.

It was a great place. Small, cute yet open space. A nice spot to hang with friends or your love ones.

Was a wonderful place. Nice and clean. Very well equipped with more than you will need. Nice flowers around the property, a nice sand path to the beach surrounded by local nature. The host was very responsive and there were clear instructions inside. They were flexible when we had some changes in the number of guests. Was cozy and bright!!! We definitely want to return soon.

Tom and Carol were wonderful hosts! The place couldn’t have been more perfect and they were so helpful and friendly! I rarely return to an Air BnB but will most definitely be returning to this place! I gave everything 5 stars but would have given more if we could! Can’t wait for a return trip! Thank you Tom and Carol!

We had a wonderful weekend in Portland in this space! We brought our bikes and John provided us with a tarp to protect the bikes from the rain. The location was peaceful and perfect to bike to the nearby lighthouses and parks, and just a minute away from an adorable neighborhood coffee shop! The kitchen was stocked with supplies and basic spices, which was helpful since we like to cook when we go out of town. It was an amazing weekend and we would definitely stay here again!

Charming little shack that was perfect for our family of three. Has all the basics, nice and clean, and ultimately a great stay. On our next trip that way we look forward to staying here again!

A gem of an Airbnb! The hosts truly thought of everything and this was the perfect place to stay with two young kids; in fact, my son loved the bunkbed and toys so much he refused to go to bed every night! From the tonies box and kids toys, to all the beach and baby gear, there wasn’t one thing they lacked. The place was clean and organized and felt so cozy. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for families! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating as well.

Emily’s place was the perfect getaway for our long weekend in KPT! We loved staying here and look forward to coming back!!

Lori was a wonderful host for our trip up to Maine. My girlfriend and I enjoyed doing yoga in the entrance room when it rained and a nice sunrise kayak trip out on the lake across the street. My in-laws stayed with us too and we all had great laughs together and enjoyed good food all weekend long.

Wonderful quiet space that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. It rained our whole weekend there but the warm cabin made it absolutely amazing. It's a fantastic place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of tea with the people in your life. Highly recommend staying here. Marie is a fantastic host and was easy to communicate with the entire time and made us feel very welcomed.

Tiny but beautiful cottage with walls of windows in the living room and bedroom overlooking the salt marsh. It was like staying on a boat! Great kitchen, comfortable bed and cozy fireplace. Beautiful in the winter.
