We loved our stay in Portsmouth! The apartment was in the perfect location - walkable to everything & with a beautiful water view. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and had some unique charm. Alex was a clear communicator and easily reachable before & during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect beach getaway for our 4th of July week. The cottage is a lot more spacious than you’d think and it really has everything you need. The beach is close by and beautiful. We’d love to stay again.

Perfect location, walking to distance to everything Ogunquit has to offer. Perfect weekend getaway, would highly recommend and hope to be back in the future.

We were 3 couples that were travelling to Maine for a weekend. We chose this house based on location and price. The house is lovely, the view spectacular and the living room was spacious for all 6 of us. The master and one of the other bedrooms had a small refrigerator and coffee machine/Keurig. I believe there was also a microwave (we went out to eat so didn't need to use it). We very enjoyed our time in the area and will consider going back.

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

We stayed up here for a wedding in Portsmouth and this was the perfect little getaway. Dakota was super friendly and helpful when we left things behind by accident. There was coffee and pancake mix and very thoughtful details in the space. Super cute and great location!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at Nem’s property and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The apartment was warm, comfortable, and so tastefully decorated. We had all the comforts of home and the apartment was well outfitted with everything we needed. The location is amazing with so many restaurants close by and the beach only a short walk away. Nem was a great host - incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Sean’s place in Wallis beach had a wonderful view. It was a lovely apartment. The unit could have a few upgrades to make it perfect ( trim painted around doors, cabinet doors fixed). We had a nice 2-day stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—across from the beach, close to local attractions, restaurants, and easy to get around. We'd stay here again and recommend it to others.

Suz’s studio was perfect for a weekend in Portsmouth. We found a free parking spot close by and didn’t need to use the car until we left. Everything in town is close by, and the studio had everything we needed

Booked Billy’s Beachside Bungalow in Rye NH for a three night stay, and couldn’t have been happier with this choice ! To start , the hosts were very responsive and helpful Any correspondence was met with an almost immediate reply . Upon arrival , discovered that we were situated in on of the most beautiful stretches of the New Hampshire coast . The area was quiet and serene ( October ) with a small park and beach across the street Lots of walkable space to enjoy the views which were incredible. Although quiet , this spot was still only a quick 10 min. trip to Portsmouth and 20 min to Kittery Maine. The property itself was well maintained and easy to find. Upon entering the Bungalow , we found ourselves in a tastefully decorated and clean space with all the amenities one would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Attention to detail was obvious, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was paramount. We hope to stay again soon !

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean, modern and new. The view from the patio can’t be beat. Walkable to shops, restaurants, beaches and a park. Rachel was very communicative. As some mentioned, the church bells are outside the bedroom window. The fan and noise machine provided did drown out the noise. That said, we would definitely return!

The views were amazing and the place was perfect! They’ve thought of everything (beach chairs, extra linens, coffee) and the flowers and birds make the property even more lovely. I stayed with my daughter and there is privacy within the space. The beach is a five minute walk from the house. We will definitely stay again!

David and Valle’s house is welcoming, and it was just right for our family get-together. The kitchen is very well set up for cooking, and the counter is both beautiful and a great place for gathering and conversation. There are many lovely touches in the house. We appreciated the yard and gardens, and our dog loved the walking trail. The location is peaceful but just a few minutes from Portland. David communicated well and offered helpful ideas for our visit.

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

I had a lovely stay. The accommodations were elegant and comfy, and Dan's hospitality was warm and responsive. The location was perfect for dining, the art museum, and access to the waterfront. There were some special touches that made it feel all the more welcoming (I won't spoil the surprise for future guests). It is a place I hope to return to in the future. Many thanks to our hosts!

We loved everything about our stay; the fenced in yard was huge and our dog absolutely loved it. So nice being able to run around with him safely and without worry. Friendly neighbors. Beach was beautiful. Whole house was spotless, bed was comfy, the place had everything we needed. The shower was great, fans kept things nice & cool. It felt luxurious & we had a wonderful time!!!

We had a lovely time and is very appreciative of the opportunity to spend my anniversary on vacation with my girlfriend

Place is small but clean and cozy and a very quick drive to downtown Portland. Hot tub was a great bonus perk.
