The 250 sq ft suite has a queen bed, tv, cable, Wi-Fi, hot drinks, fridge, microwave, and private space. We are located just over an hour from Boston MA or Portland ME. Just 5 min to Kittery shopping outlets, half mile to a boat launch and 5-15 min drive to a number of Maine beaches. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a cat that lives in private portion of home.

This place was everything we needed. Great location. Exactly like the pictures show! Beautiful outdoor area for both the upstairs and downstairs. I have stayed in many places - would definitely stay here again. Loved every bit of it. Ellen was friendly and would have helped if we needed it - but we had a sister living near. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Ellen for a lovely stay.

We are obsessed with Zachary’s place. It was so beautifully decorated and incredibly clean! And the layout of everything really maximizes the space! The neighborhood is magical, just steps from Perkins cove. Zachary was also really kind and very responsive. Not a single complaint. We would give it 10 stars if we could, would stay here again!
