A very beautiful family farmhouse in the countryside, in a quiet area, 15 minutes from Sens. Full of charm and very well maintained, it is a true haven of peace with family and/or friends. Plethoric and quality equipment, very large swimming pool, terrace in the shade in front of the house and overlooking the swimming pool. Responsive and thoughtful host. We had a great time at Erhal's place. The house is very nice and there are plenty to see nearby including when the weather is uncertain. Erhal is a warm and very responsive host. And the teens were blown away by discovering that they lived where Vegedream and KeBlack had recorded their latest sounds. A great stay and good memories thanks to Erhal.

Very good stay of several nights in a quiet place. Well-equipped and functional accommodation, clean. Comfortable bedding. Very large landscaped and peaceful garden. Very nice Jacuzzi, especially at the end of the day, already ready for our arrival. Several lakes nearby for beautiful walks, swimming and water activities. Avallon 15 minutes by car and Quarré les Tombes 10 minutes with a convenience store open every day. I highly recommend this quiet accommodation with very good value for money.

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. Great host, lovely cozy place, and great communication.

We were a party of 4 and had a great vacation in the apartment. It is placed in the very center of Troyes with all attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Parking very easy (and cheap) close to the apartment. All is new and the beds very comfortable. A little noise from the street is to be expected due to the location. Host very responsive and instructions are easy to use. We will for sure use the apartment again when visiting Troyes.

Our family of 8 stayed here for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as described. Everything you need and more is available at the house plenty to keep the kids entertained. The area is very quiet and felt very safe. Supermarket nearby and a small town. Larger towns within a 20/25 minute journey. Hosts are great and have recommendations and very responsive when we had a slight problem. Really lovely stay and would recommend.

We had a great stay at Yves' house! The garden is superb and the house very spacious. Yves is really very kind and the bottle of Sancerre to welcome us was a very appreciated little gift!

A beautiful stay spent with friends! The accommodation and the services offered fully match the listing and the photos. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available, just like at the hotel. I 100% recommend this accommodation, especially for the heated pool which must be pleasant to use in summer and winter.

Aurelien is a friendly and welcoming host. The house is large and beautiful with a huge garden in the countryside. It's super nice no matter what time of day. Although a little old-fashioned (small electricity problem among other things), it is well equipped (the game room is great) and really nice. We had a great weekend and recommend.

The house is beautiful, decorated with great taste and enjoying a large well-maintained garden that made our daughters delighted! We were able to do a lot of activities with the kids around.
