A quaint cottage just like in the pictures in a small village. In addition to a beautiful church where we were spontaneously shown around by a lady from the village who we happened to speak. Beautiful walks made from the cottage with our dog. We saw different types of birds including the hops! Beautiful places nearby. A wonderful holiday in a cottage that is equipped with all comforts. A fenced garden with seating and sun loungers. In short, highly recommended!

Lovely hosts in a beautiful village in this beautiful Burgundy. Very clean cottage, on one level, very well heated, which is a joy when you start to have osteoarthritis. Ideal for radiating between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (house sheep, deer or wild boars and passing foxes). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and cruising the Puisaye. Plenty of opportunities to hike around the property as well. A great option to discover this beautiful region.

Gerard was very welcoming and always keen to help. The cottage which is located within the family renovated farm has everything that you need. And lovely views to the countryside, not too far from Sens for shopping. It's very quiet and peaceful.

The stay in an old converted train station was fantastic. The property has been lovingly renovated and furnished. It is a real paradise, also for our dog, who appreciates the large garden and has recognized it as his "territory". Particularly important: your own office with an excellent WiFi connection, ideally suited for home office. Particularly noteworthy: the incredible cordiality of Renato and his housekeeper Valerie. We had a very good stay in this cottage, very well located for visiting the surroundings and quiet for a total reconnection with nature. Communication with our hosts was easy and very pleasant. They were concerned about our comfort and made sure that we did not miss anything. The house is really spacious, the bedding comfortable and the atmosphere cozy. What a pleasure to find the beds made on arrival, to have the basic products available... to be able to "rest" and enjoy without having to worry about all the practical details!

We had a great weekend in this beautiful Airbnb! The accommodation was spotless, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The owners were welcoming, warm and available throughout our stay. The pool was a real plus, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing. There were also many activities on site, enough to satisfy young and old: outdoor games, walks around, relaxation area... A peaceful and rejuvenating setting. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this place without second thought!

Very nice New Year's Eve in the warm atmosphere of this house, including its large living/dining room and pleasant Lights. Frame/decor: ++ Cleanliness: ++ Amenities: ++ Bedding: + Notas: - Slightly noisy heat pump for one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor (winter) - Long fixed bench for one side of the long living room table: for agile guests. The other side of the table has chairs.

Michael and Véronique are very welcoming hosts, the cottage is consistent with the photos and the amenities offered (heated pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, petanque, games for children, large grounds...) allow you to have a great stay.
