Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yongsan District

Very convenient location, great accommodation for three nights.

I was well healed by the wide view of the Han River. It was a place I wanted to come to next time. ☺️☺️

Beautiful space in a great location. Gangnam St. was right outside, so it was super easy to get around with transport. Apartment was tidy and cosy, as well as well supplied with everything one might need for both a long term and/or a short term stay. Super friendly host, responsive and informative when answering and questions or concerns. Having access to additional storage for early check-in/late check-out was also a bonus - made it super easy to keep luggage inside until the room was ready. Definitely super cosy and enjoyable!

The place is really convenient- direct connection (around 10 mins walk) to subway and airport train. Place is the right size for my daughter and myself. Clean and helpful host.

It was our first trip to Seoul, South Korea as a family of 5 and Jenny was a great host. Before we even travelled to Seoul Jenny was brilliant in her communication, easy to communicate with whenever we had any questions about the property or Seoul during our stay. Jenny was super friendly and helpful. The place itself was a little difficult to find initially, but expected with the city and properties setup in that manner, but once we found it, for the rest of the trip it was awesome, as it was close to subway (10min walk) and bus connection (2mins walk) which allowed us get to all the main areas we needed to go to with one connection. The property itself was super clean, Jenny provided everything from toiletries, kitchen amenities and plenty of bottled water which was super nice of her, especially as we needed water for the kids milks etc. the property had a washing machine and drier, convenient for us as a family to do washes. Finally Jenny helped to book our Taxi back to the Airport.

Room looks like in the pictures, very clean and easy to check in. Good location.

Great place with a gorgeous river view and responsive host!

Fantastic place, there are 2 stations near the airbnb, both 2 and 5 mins on foot. It's a really nice place to come back to after a hectic day in Seoul since the place is stationed in a nice quiet neighborhood.

This is the second time I have stayed here and it was just as good as I remember it being 2 years ago. You are only a 10 min walk from bustling shopping and nightlife of Itaewon, a 5 min walk to several super cute cafes, and are pretty centrally located to get anywhere else you want in Seoul. It’s also a wonderful getaway from the crowds of Seoul, since you’re on a nice quiet side street. The hosts are also amazing, they’re are always responsive and are very accommodating. Just as a note, there are some hills you have to walk to get to it. 5 stars ⭐️ I would definitely stay again.

The place is nice and modest, has all the amenities you might need and the host was very helpful and responsive. The location is also great for walking around the area as well as taking public transport. Great for a tourist!

The place is everything you could want for a trip to Seoul! It is located in the beautiful area of Itaewon, surrounded by clubs, restaurants and nightlife, but it is still located on a secondary street, so you can have the utmost silence at night. A few steps from the house there is everything you could want to live the evening life in this magical city. A few meters from the house there are metro stations and many buses to be able to get around on your own and easily reach all the points of interest. The place is impeccably furnished, it offers all the comforts! I recommend this place to everyone, we will definitely be back on our next stay in Seoul!

1. The accommodation is located 10 minutes' walk from Seoul Station, and commuting for 20-40 minutes can reach the surrounding popular attractions. It is a good choice. On the way home, you have to climb a small slope for about 2-3 minutes (it is a good road), but if there are elderly or foot-injured travel companions, it is recommended to walk slowly. 2. There are small stores, convenience stores, and a few restaurants nearby, making life very convenient. 3. The accommodation is well stocked with hygiene products and various equipment (and has a large number of universal adapters), laundry, cooking, or daily life, are all possible. 4. At the beginning and end of the trip, the host helped me to store my luggage in the storage room, so that I could pick up my luggage before I went to catch my flight. 5. Anything you need help with, you can ask the host, the host is very kind, making an impression on the Seoul trip.

I had stayed for about 10 days and I can honestly say it was very homey. I felt right at home. I traveled with my little sister so safety was my top priority and choosing this place was probably the best decision. I felt very safe and never encountered anything that would make me feel uncomfortable. The home itself was very spacious. I had over 4 suitcases and it was very over crowders. I also loved the having a separate living room space. I would definitely come here again !

We had a great stay at Maud’s place. Once we figured out our surroundings we were able to jump on the bus and get anywhere we needed to go. Maud was so helpful and responsive and the house had lots of thoughtful touches (amenities in the bathrooms, wash towels, toothbrushes). There were lots of local and international restaurants nearby, and many conveniences stores to grab a drink or bite. To have a fun, interesting and authentic experience in Korea you should stay at Maud’s place!

This property is clean and tidy, the surroundings are quiet, the landlord is very kind and helped us to solve a lot of problems.

It's a perfect place for our family of 5. Brian is really a super host! He is really kind, fast to reply and pretty accommodative. He even waited for us when we arrive to help us check-in and showed us around. The place itself is exactly as how it's shown in the photos. It's pretty spacious, cozy, safe, quiet, clean and comes with complete amenities (including umbrellas for rainy days). The 3 bathrooms helped a lot for a group like us. It even has 2 dry showers which are quite a rare find when we looked for accomodation around Seoul. The 75" TV with hundreds of local channels kept us entertained during our stay. It's located on 2nd floor, so not so much climbing to do even without elevator. There's a cafe/bakery downstairs, with lots of local food and mini-market options nearby. Close to Sinchon (subway) station. Even Hongdae is within walking distance through the park. Will definitely love to come back here when we visit Seoul again!

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

The host paid attention to the details before check-in, so I had fun:) It was nice to have enough bedrooms. :) This is a place I want to visit again next time!

Very good location, it was super clean and the neighbourhood was very quiet! Also the host is amazing, great communication, my friend accidentally left her clothes in the washing machine and when I asked if they could ship it to us they made sure of it. I would def recommend!

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

The accommodation is near Seochon and Gyeongbokgung Station is within a 10-minute walk, so the location was really good. And they responded kindly to my inquiries, and there were 12 people staying, and I was able to stay without any inconvenience. If I have to visit Seoul again next time, I want to stay here ~

I had a great stay at Sunny's accommodation, I recommend it.
