Holiday rentals with a patio in Yongsan District

숙소가 깔끔해서 너무 좋았어요 수압 약한건 후기 보고 걱정 했는데 저는 크게 불편함 없었고 역 근처다보니 소음이 조금 있긴해요

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

Our stay at Paul’s apartment in Seoul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. It was modern, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, kitchen utilities, fresh linens, and even thoughtful little extras like snacks and toiletries. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, convenience stores, and several great restaurants. We could easily explore top attractions like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and N Seoul Tower without any hassle. What made the experience truly special was our host, Paul. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire trip. From giving us local tips to checking in on us during our stay, he made us feel very welcome and well cared for. It’s clear that he genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience.

Very quiet, clean and well linked to the public transport place. It’s in Gangnam district. 20 min walk from COEX.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The space is just right. Location is good too, very near subway. We were pleasantly surprised with the basket of goodies. We ate, drink and watch Netflix on that mobile TV. That was how comfortable we were.

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

The apartment matched the photos perfectly—very clean and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed. Eddie was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the second bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning, he promptly provided a standing fan, which made a big difference. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of international restaurants and cafés nearby. Despite the bustling area, the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. Do note that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up building with no elevator, and it’s located up a steep but manageable hill. Ride-hailing apps like Uber and k.rides often only pick up or drop off at the bottom of the hill, not directly at the apartment door. Overall, our group had a comfortable and pleasant stay!

사진에서 본 것처럼 실제로도 넓고 깔끔해서 처음 들어설 때부터 기분이 좋았어요. 호스트분 친절하셔서 급히 예약했지만 전혀 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었고, 지하철역 가깝고 시내와 가까워 이동도 편리했어요. 가족들 모두 만족하며 편하게 지냈습니다. 서울에 올 일이 생기면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

I had an amazing stay in Korea, all thanks to Jun and Sue! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. They were always helpful—whether it was providing local tips or just checking in to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the highlights was the lovely selection of local snacks they prepared for me, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Their place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Korea,Seoul! I will sure to visit you guys again !

~10min walk away from Myeongdong so it’s a quieter area but still walkable to all the key tourist shops. Space was clean and nicely decorated

My friend and I stayed at Yeon's apartment and it was even more beautiful than the pictures of the space. everything is so we'll curated and the space has a charm to it. It's a very artistic spot in a quiet, hilly area with a great view. Yeon was very responsive and helped us find the Airbnb when we got a little lost. would definitely book again!

Friendly host and Gaya very helpful. They will help us to order delivery as our oversea credit card cannot make payment for delivery service. Environment was good and suitable for those in come Korea in bigger group size or family trip.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

전체적으로 숙소 컨디션 및 호스트의 친절도는 만족합니다 다만 숙소의 위치상 주변에 갈만한곳이 살짝 아쉽습니다 차로 이동해야한다는 단점이 있고 도보로 다니기에는 살짝 불편한점이 있습니다

房子非常好，设施齐全，和在家里一样舒服。空间非常宽敞，孩子们可以跑来跑去的玩耍，不远的地方就是一个大超市，医院药店便利店非常多，交通在门口几步路就是公交，然后是地铁可以去任何地方。房东非常热心，帮我打印资料等方面，非常开心住进这个房屋，你们不会失望
