Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Yongin-si

I can feel the age of the accommodation, but it's neat. I'm with my dog, but it only smells good. I think you're taking good care of it. But I think you should change the pot. I almost spilled the soup because the pot handle was shaking. I found a tool and fixed the handle. Even if you wash the big pot, the black substance? It was too much, so I couldn't use it. Except for the pot, all the cutlery was clean. The surroundings are quiet and rural, so there are many bugs. The bathroom was also damp, so the cockroaches appeared. Haha. But it was so damp and small, so I killed it. It rained a little, so we grilled the meat outside and ate it inside. It's great to play with the Kangjis, and all the houses around here are beautiful.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

The room is clean and tidy, the sound insulation is also good, the host will also respond to questions at the first time, and it is very convenient right in Hongdae Exit 1, has joined the pocket list, after that go to Korea first choice.

I had a nice stay

Simply put, one of the best places we have ever stayed. KJ and Paul could not be more helpful and kind. The place is so beautiful and chic, we wish we could live there full time. And the neighborhood is perfect for visiting Seoul: centrally located, convenient to restaurants and subway, and utterly charming. Please note that there is a small attic with a mat on the floor that can be used as a third bedroom, just ask for bedding. It might be a tight fit for some but was perfect for our teenager and I think would be fine for a smaller adult as well. Do yourself a favor and stay here. Just be forewarned that you might fall in love and never want to leave!

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

The location is very close to Hongdae Exit 7 and has an elevator.The hostess is very nice!!Free luggage storage for check-in and check-out is very convenient, and I would like to stay again in the future!

Absolutely best host I've ever had. they're extremely patient and was always responsive no matter the time or issue. They give tons of recommendations for places to see too! The location is phenomenal with beautiful sights and nice cafes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable! The host also left some goodies for our arrival which was a huge plus! The building right next to it is AK Plaza and there are various restaurants, cafes, and shopping malls (Olive Young, Art Box, Spao, Uniqlo, Megabox Cinema, etc.) And if you go just 1 subway stop, there is a Lotte Department Store in Beomgye Station, so the location is really good. It is directly accessible from the underground parking lot of the officetel, and the house is spacious, new, and well-maintained. It was convenient to have a heater, air conditioner, fan, warm air, air purifier, and a washing machine with a drying function, and the host was very responsive and there were notes all over the house that gave instructions, so I felt the host's thoughtfulness. It was nice to be able to enjoy the bright house and nice city view because of the large windows, and one disadvantage was that it was located right next to the subway station (above ground), so those who are sensitive to sound may be slightly disturbed by the sound of the subway guidance broadcast and the train noise while sleeping, but overall, there are more advantages than disadvantages, so I recommend this accommodation.

It was an older pension, but I loved the cleanliness that I felt as soon as I entered. The bedding was in good condition and the bathroom was clean! And the reviews said that the owners were friendly, but they were really kind:) He also checked the requests right away and gave us feedback ~ I also liked the mountain view from the room, so I thought it would be nice to come back around spring and have a barbecue outside. The owner's wife also uses a hat at Santa Claus because it's Christmas. Anyway, I'm having a nice day thanks to you:)

I booked a place to stay while traveling with my family My parents were also satisfied, and I was able to stay comfortably while staying at the accommodation! It was more comfortable because it could be used as a private room, and even during the time the child stayed at the accommodation I had a great time! The scenery was beautiful, and there was a crib, a baby bottle cleaner, and a baby bottle wash brush, so it was a great place to bring a child. The front yard and backyard lawn were really nice! I want to come again next time

This is a beautiful place, it was very spacious for 6 of us, yet cozy and super comfortable. We love the beddings, they were very comfortable, better than the hotel beds. We actually miss the beds, we were all well rested and feeling so at home. The kitchen utensils were all well provided, there was a Nespresso machine and capsules were provided and Innisfree toiletries, which were "wow" factors. This is our first time staying in this area, the Naver app and Google maps were not that user friendly in Korea, but we got the hang of the place after two days. The bus stops near the apartment are convenient for commuting. Lavender, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful place, thank you for having us, wish we stayed longer.

It's really, really good. The view is good for the air. It's nice to hang out with friends privately. It's a pretty tableware inside, and everything is prepared, so it's nice. You don't have to bring anything separately. Barbecue. Fire pit. Everything is perfect, and there is a pretty space for group photos, so it's an angle to revisit.
