Holiday rentals with a patio in Yokohama

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

5 stars - exactly what I was looking for as a repeat visitor! Very spacious by Tokyo standards, and located in a charming (and real) neighborhood inhabited by locals.

We loved our stay. Super easy and clear communication, central location for sightseeing with lots of restaurants and grocery stores around.

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is clean, quiet, and was a relaxing place to come back to on the days I toured the city and did excursions. The host is super kind and responsive. I highly recommend.

Good place, that was a right decision to chose this apartments. The metro is quite close so it wasn’t a problem to get to the most popular places in Tokyo .

Great stay at Shigeru’s place. Close to everything, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that provided the right balance. We will stay again the next time we visit Akihabara!

We had a great stay in this week equipped and well placed apartment. Plenty of room for us as a family of three, with the little study and access to the balcony making it feel quite spacious. The photos don't fully do the apartment justice - in particular the views of outside space - a nice and bright place to stay. well equipped, with a nice bakery around the corner and a great park, and just a fairly short walk into Shinjuku. We would happily stay here again.

I stayed with 3 friends and family. The children enjoyed exploring the house, relaxing in the living room, staying up late, getting up early, and spending time together as a family. There was a lovely view of the ocean, and the house was clean, comfortable, stylish and comfortable. I would like to stay again soon. Thank you very much.

Perfect communication with owner, clear information, cozy accommodation for group of friends/family. Location is close to the subway, and not so far from Shinkansen Station. Big recommendation!

Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Nice house, very clean and complete with everything we need in the house. The house is very spacious and very comfortable.The house is very near to Keisei Takasago station, complete with 7 eleven and Family Mart which is walkable from the house. Suitable for tourist. The area was peaceful and feels like home. Host was very responsive and helpful too, help us on the info we need and fast reply when we have any inquiries.

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

Fukuda, our Host is really friendly and considerate. Fukuda always responds quickly to questions and answers. The house is very clean, organized and fully equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has 3 floors and was very comfortable and there was 1 toilet upstairs and full bathroom downstairs. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient walking distance to supermarket, Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Drug Stores, bakery and lots of restaurants. There was also a McDonald’s and KFC nearby. It was great to grab a bite. It was short 5 minutes walk to the Oyama station. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would recommend staying there if visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay there again.

The inn is on a hill with a panoramic view of the sea, and the view from the roof balcony and the well-maintained garden was amazing.In addition, the living room is open glass, so whether you are sitting on the sofa or in the dining room, you can see the entire sea, and it was very relaxing. The amenities are perfect, especially garbage bags, disinfectant wipes, paper cups, and other things that Japanese people want to have, and I admired the owner's care.For signature with indoor slippers (?)I laughed that my daughter and I had a magic pen. The password I needed for pre-check-in registration was familiar, so the owner sent me a message right away when it took a little time, and he contacted me often about what time I could check in because the cleaning person was scheduled to finish at what time.Thank you for this stay. It was very clean and tidy, so I had a pleasant stay.It was also very beautiful, so I think the whole family was careful not to get dirty.This time, there was only one night available, and I had a very unfortunate feeling, so I want to stay for a consecutive night next time.

The place is walkable to the train station and there is a shopping arcade with supermarkets and eating places nearby. The host was very responsive, helpful and friendly!

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent place to stay in Tokyo. Apartment was spacious and really well kept. Besides, was really well located: just 2 minutes walk from a JR station and 15 minutes walk to Shinjuku, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Furthermore, very nice host. He explained how to forward the luggage and allowed us to leave hand luggage before check in time. He even left us some drinks and was always responsive. Also, he arranged us a private driver to go to Mt Fuji with a very reasonable price, which turned out to be the best day we had during our stay in Tokyo. Coming back to Tokyo, I would think twice where to stay.

This is a such a great place with all the luxury living supplies. The brand new house is quiet, modern and very convenient to get the subway, the convenience store and restaurants as well. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house to stay!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

Great place in a great location! The host was great and helpful. The bus stop is right outside and the train station is a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended!

Great spacious apartment in the kabukicho area. Very clean with everything we needed - air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is on a quiet street just a block back from a more lively red light area. This is a fascinating area of Tokyo - it is seedy at night but not unsafe. It’s close to family friendly areas of Shinjuku. Would stay here again!
