Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Yokohama

Spend wonderful week of staying in this place, small apartment but great neighborhood.

Before leaving the country, I was looking for a hotel near the airport where I could stay with my dog, but I couldn't find a good place, so I used Airbnb for the first time.The owner was quick to respond and very kind, and I had a good time with the dog before leaving the country.Thank you very much.

It's a nice place for one Person. It's near Gotanda Station and you have the Yamanote Line, Asakusa Line und the Airport ist Not far away from there, with Taxi you pay about 7000 Yen to Terminal 3. It's a quite place, the neighbours aren't loud, so you can relax.

I really enjoyed my stay here exactly what I was looking for everything around it and the place was just perfect. We loved Japan so much we will be returning. I will definitely be staying here again.

There was no real difference between the photos and the real thing, and it was the same. It was so clean and easy to get to, and the location was so, so tight. It was perfect because it wasn't far from the center. I want to come again next time. I'm completely satisfied.

The experience was super good, the room was tidy and clean, it took a few minutes to get to the subway station, there were also commercial streets and various convenience stores and restaurants nearby, there was plenty of hot water, and the large TV was equipped with free Netflix and hulu, etc., it was very high-definition, in short, it was a highly recommended homestay

Great accommodation space, close to the A1 exit of the station Room is on the top floor (8th floor) and the Sky Tower can be seen from the window There is a 7-11, a Family Mart and a small Aeon (not a large supermarket) nearby The room is clean and tidy with a washing machine but you need to bring your own laundry detergent

We stayed here on our very first trip to Tokyo and felt right at home. Lovely hosts, super responsive and friendly. 12 minutes walk from Kinshicho station with direct access to tokyo station. The house had every amenity and equipment we needed. Will definitely visit again.

Had a great stay here with my dad, and my brother's family with my young niece. Location is a bit of a walk from the nearest train station but I enjoyed the walks to and fro as it was a good break from the hectic train rides. Bedrooms were great and the showers were of a good size. Kitchen area on the 2nd floor and with the projection tv was great to heat up food and to wind down at the end of the day. Owaki also was of great assistance and helped us to prepare a baby cot for my niece which she enjoyed greatly. Highly recommended if the location would fit your itinerary and great value! :)

I was worried about my first long trip with my one-year-old son, but from the time of booking, she communicated in detail, and I was able to use it with great peace of mind. They were also present at check-in, helped us carry the stroller, and carefully explained the facilities. Thank you for your kindness in preparing the baby bed and even wiping the buttocks. My son also played a lot with Ghibli's stuffed animals, and I had a very comfortable stay. It was a lovely space to use again! Thank you again for everything.

It was perfect for a weekend getaway! The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed already prepared. The nearest parking lot was about an 8-minute walk away, but everything else was great!

Very clean and well-equipped accommodation which is just a stone’s throw away from Keisei Takasago train station! The availability of complimentary Netflix was a bonus as we all sat down to unwind after our daily outing. Washer and dryer was another bonus for us, one of the main reasons why we chose this place. We were all well rested from the comfortable beddings. Something for improvement would be the provision of seats with backrest at the living area. All in all, awesome place and host who was also responsive and gave numerous travel information!

I stayed with friends, and I was very satisfied with the surprisingly beautiful and spacious room. If I have the opportunity to stay nearby again, I would love to use it!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the Hosts are GREAT! Very friendly and they provided us with a proactive list of local restaurants and things to do (you have to try the conveyor belt Sushi restaurant (Hana Sushi) that they recommended. It was great. This house is VERY large and it has so many bedrooms and the largest TV that we have seen. We brought our Apple TV and connected it to the Free WiFi and watched movies on Apple TV/Netflix and it felt like we were literally at a movie theater!. This hosts provides an everything and more than we could image at an AirBnB. They are really thoughtful and gracious! Thanks so much for a WONDERFUL stay and for your genuine hospitality.

Our group had a very enjoyable stay. Definitely enjoyed being so close to restaurants and a subway station. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. A nice cozy home away from home. 😁

First of all Toshi is an amazing host, proactive and caring. He helped us with many things and he responded with patience and politeness. The villa/apt is nice and cozy, it has everything you need. Large tv, comfy bed and a fantastic small kitchen. The only thing is the bath is a little high on the edge which can be a little hard to climb over, but that’s not a deal breaker. Thank you Toshi!

I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

We stayed at Toshi's place two years in a row and couldn't be happier. The location is amazing being close to the beach, many cute shops and cafe, the train station and main street of Hase. The place is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully managed with all the amenities you need and more. Toshi is a great host and always responsive, and provided very clear instructions. We felt very welcome and highly recommend staying here!

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
