Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Yaverland

Wonderful house in a terrific, peaceful location. The house and gardens are idyllic, and we loved spending time in the hedged gardens in the evening sun after playing tennis. The house is within easy access of all the best landmarks of the New Forest and also bang on the coast. The interior of the house has great style and charm and is a great place to spend time in.

We had a great time staying here for our family celebration. The house and garden are well equipped. Good location, especially for evening walks to see amazing sunsets. Sarah was so helpful accommodating our requests and recommending local places to eat. This is such a good starting point for visits around the island.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay with our 1 year old and 3 year old. The house was a perfect location for exploring Bembridge and the walk to the beach each morning was glorious! The house has everything you could ever need and the garden and TV outbuilding were wonderful to relax in and enjoy the sunshine. The hosts were really helpful and proactive with support for all of us. Thanks so much - we would love to return!

You couldn’t wish for a better location than a minute’s walk from arguably the most beautiful beach in southeast England. We were invited to check in early on a sunny day and arrived to find milk thoughtfully provided. Comfortable sofas and bed, and a secluded garden. We’ll bring small children next time!

We have just come home from our second stay at Wishing Well. As before, it’s spotlessly clean. An open airy lounge, diner and kitchen greet you on the first floor with lovely countryside views and on the ground floor you will find two beautiful en-suite bedrooms with very comfy beds. Brilliantly located with Appley beach just a five minute drive away. Isle of Wight distillery is just next door offering the delicious mermaid gin and a small but really good menu. Nicola and Penny are wonderful hosts and very proactive when answering messages nothing is too much trouble. We love returning here and are already booked in again for two weeks later in the year.

Wonderful stay in a secluded and tranquil location. Slept like a log with the windows open during one of the hottest weeks of the year (so far). The only sounds to be heard were the local wildlife. Absolute bliss. My only regret is that we didn’t heed Georgina’s restaurant recommendations sooner stopping off for breakfast on our last day at the excellent farm shop, Harvey Browns.

Bright , clean & modernly decorated house( photos in listing don’t do it justice. Was pleasantly surprised) A great base with Lake beach at the end of the street, may be inaccessible to some with mobility issues as has a steep slope and some steps at the bottom but we found it fine and walked from there to Sandown and Shanklin. Would use again if visiting Isle of Wight

I had such a lovely stay at this charming home by the Southsea coast! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the seafront, with easy access to the pier, local cafes, and beautiful coastal walks. The house itself was cosy, clean, and beautifully styled, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the little garden out back was perfect for a morning coffee or evening wine. Communication with Steph was excellent from start to finish—they were friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze.

Terry (and Alex’s) AirBnB was incredible! it was the perfect place to stay on the south side of the UK and gave us a great experience outside of London (our main destination). the property and surrounding area is beautiful, and the room itself was clean and nice. both the hosts were super communicative and let us drop off our bags early so we could go explore! they also were super helpful with instructions on how to navigate the area and also gave us some great recommendations! if you want a beautiful spot away from it all, this is the place!

Stunning! We had a fab few days here and it’s even better than the photos. Walking in and seeing the view takes your breath away. As well as the stunning view the location is great, v central for town, beach, bus, walks, amazing swims and great eateries. When we were there the road next to accom is blocked by rockfall. It meant the road was lovely and quiet(!) but does make it a longer /hilly walk into town. Wasn’t a problem at all but worth knowing in advance. David was a great communicator, flexible and everything you need to know is in the handy welcome guide. Would love to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! We liked here very much! Place was clean, Creydi helped us with clear instructions, many recommendations and quick responses. The location is right on point, very close to the beach but also in the heart of the city-party! We also enjoyed a smooth, flexible check-in. Highly recommend, especially that they opened another room nearby, in the same pretty style!

We loved our time in Southsea. Michael's place is perfectly located for enjoying long walks by the sea and the great food and drinks on Palmerston Road. The apartment had everything we needed.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Chris, is a great host. Very helpful and always responds to messages. A welcome bottle of wine was left in the fridge, along with coffee, tea and biscuits. Ventnor is a beautiful place, with many restaurants. The walks are beautiful. It is also a great base to get around the island, Shanklin is a 15 minute drive The sound of the sea is so relaxing to hear. The flat was clean, like a home from home with all the amenities that you could think of. We hope to return.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

Absolutely nothing we could fault about Chale Bay Farm. We stayed for a mix of business and leisure and found it to be a great location to get anywhere on the island. Stunning location, immaculately presented and more than you could ever wish for. Attention to detail in every area was incredible, excellent wifi, the most gorgeous beds and amazing views out to sea right on your doorstep. Steve and Charlotte have clearly put a lot of time and effort into making sure you have an amazing stay from the minute you arrive. The pub opposite served fantastic food and had a great atmosphere and local beaches were very quiet. Even their pet dinosaur roaming the gardens was friendly! We would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Steve and Charlotte, we will be back!!

1 Spire View was a fantastic apartment - spotlessly clean with every possible amenity. It was ideally situated for walking in the New Forest without having to drive, as well as being only a short distance to Portsmouth, (Spinnaker Tower & D-Day Museum & Tapestry) Exbury Gardens, & Winchester Cathedral - all recommended. Angela always responded promptly to any questions we had both before our arrival & whilst we were there. I would thoroughly recommend the accommodation.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at The Finches . The accommodation has everything that you could need . It was spotlessly clean . The setting is lovely , with direct access onto an area of the forest that is both tranquil and varied , not in the most popular and busy area , but only a few minutes drive to Lyndhurst . Lyndsay and David left us in peace , but when we were leaving we had a long chat with them . They are lovely and thoughtful hosts . The bread ,milk , butter and eggs in the fridge on arrival is a nice welcome . We will be back .

We stayed 3 nights in The Loft and were very happy with the accommodation. Exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. There are walks you can do without getting in the car and loads more just a short drive away. The New Forest Inn is easily walkable along the road, we thought it was excellent and ended up going twice as we liked not having to get in the car to go for a meal. We normally go to the New Forest one every couple of years at least and will look to book here again.
