The sunny south-facing guest suite is in our home in this busy village close to historic Oxford with great road, rail & bus links. A short walk to the station for a 10min train ride to Oxford (& London), a direct bus stops right outside our house, lots of woodland/country walks & Red Kites circling overhead. Blenheim Palace is nearby. A perfect base for exploring Oxfordshire & the Cotswolds. An excellent CoOp grocery, a fish‘n’chip/pizza takeaway, a b'fast cafe/coffee shop, and good local pubs.

There is a large garden and plenty of beautiful walks nearby including round Blenheim Palace (3.5 miles). In addition to the house we have a gym, a table tennis table and stables.

A lovely light and bright home in the heart of the picturesque village of Wolvercote. 2.2 miles from Oxford city centre, with a fab bus service. Moments from the beautiful Port Meadow for walks and within a stone's throw of 2 of Oxford's most famous pubs, The Trout and Jacob's Inn both offering great food and a warm welcome. The house is comfortable and cozy, with a lovely small private garden and parking available. It is very much our home, so please respect this.

Beautiful barn just outside Oxford.

'The Barn' is a newly renovated period barn finished to the highest spec located in stunning grounds in a very quiet no-through road. A small terrace behind the barn looks out onto a beautiful walled garden and the church spire at the end of the road. Oxford Parkway is only 5 minutes drive away and buses go frequently into Oxford from the end of the road. There are wonderful walks straight from the property, over the fields to the river and beyond.

We had a great time - location was perfect for the concert we were going to at Blenheim Palace - Shay was so helpful with taxi numbers and super quick to respond to messages. Check in couldn’t have been easier, and everything was exactly as described, if not better. The space was perfect for us, and Shay had very kindly put a tall fan in the bedroom as it was a super hot day, and this made the temperature in the bedroom perfect to be able to sleep well. The place was spotless, and being a clean freak this was really important to me, I brought my usual box of tricks but genuinely did not need to do a thing, it was beautiful. We absolutely loved our stay, we met the neighbours on arrival and departure and they were super friendly too - wasn’t part of the deal but definitely added to the experience. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We stayed here for a long weekend for the Blenheim Palace Tri, this was the perfect accommodation for this event! Very easily drivable and even more direct access through the grounds. Aside from the event, it's a short journey to the centre of Oxford and local pubs. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet village too. Jo and Baz are super responsive and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I throughly enjoyed my stay with Mike and Sarah who were both were extremely welcoming. My room in their house was ideal for my needs while visiting family in the area. Long Hanborough has easy access to London, Oxford and Woodstock without the need to have your own transportation, which was a definite bonus. Should I ever be unable to stay with family while visiting the UK I would be very happy to stay here again.

A lovely private space overlooking Maria's pretty garden. A quiet location only a few minutes walk from the busy Banbury road and the frequent buses into Oxford City Centre. The parking permit system worked well. Maria is a good host, responding very quickly to enquiries before hand and being very welcoming and friendly. The warm breakfast croissants, with home-made jam, delivered to the door every morning were a treat.
