Our family stayed at the Lazy 8 for a weekend getaway. It was delightful. The house was cute, clean and perfect for the weekend. A wonderful charcuterie board was in the refrigerator for our arrival and it was delicious! We grilled out, relaxed on the porch, played games and watched deer graze on the property. The guys went fishing and the girls went to the drive thru safari! It was a blast. We look forward to planning our next stay here.

This place was the perfect getaway!! Very peaceful and beautiful property. My husband and I had such a great time fishing off the dock, soaking up the sun, grilling out, sitting by the fire, etc. Peggy & Richard are the absolute sweetest!! They made us feel so welcomed and right at home and always made sure we had everything we needed/very helpful if we had any questions. Top notch hosts!! We will definitely be back again in the future. (:

The home was beautiful and spacious. Joanna was very accommodating before and during our stay and was flexible allowing us to check in a day early due to less desirable conditions at our motel. The dock and boat launch were very convenient. Joanna had the home equipped with supplies for convenience (tooth brushes, paste, soaps, coffee).
