Great stay! Well worth it and very convenient.

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

Our stay at Paul’s apartment in Seoul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos—if not better. It was modern, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, kitchen utilities, fresh linens, and even thoughtful little extras like snacks and toiletries. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, convenience stores, and several great restaurants. We could easily explore top attractions like Myeongdong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and N Seoul Tower without any hassle. What made the experience truly special was our host, Paul. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire trip. From giving us local tips to checking in on us during our stay, he made us feel very welcome and well cared for. It’s clear that he genuinely wants his guests to have the best possible experience.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

Woohee’s apartment was a great for my husband and I during our 4 day trip to Seoul. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet which was great to unwind after long days of site seeing and shopping. Also, lots of space and drawers for storage. Woohee & Erin were able to accommodate with self check in since our flight came in later in the evening. Again, they provided really clear instructions on how to access the apartment and videos on how to turn on the AC & fan since the remotes are all in Korean. Having the washer and dryer in the apartment was also a great feature. Apartment is walkable to a lot of nearby restaurants & metro stations. Several bus lines also stop in front of the building, including the airport limousine shuttle bus, so no lugging suitcases to and from train stations to the airport. Overall, amazing stay.

The location was very close to the IC, and it was accessible to Hanu Restaurant in Hoengseong city. It's clean and dust-free because of the interior remodeling, It was comfortable with minimal interior, without anything complicated or messy, and all the necessary fixtures were there. Above all, thanks to the kind host who responded on time, I rested without any inconvenience:) Nearby Hanwoo Restaurant with good value for money on the 2nd floor of Hanah Mart - There is Hoengseong Livestock Cooperative, and I chose this location because it's good to travel around Wonju city nearby, so I'm satisfied! (I went to the Magpie's Nest Egg Soup Restaurant & Museum) It's a great place to enjoy Hoengseong Hanwoo and Wonju restaurants. I think I'll visit this course again 😸 next time!

It was spacious, clean, and well maintained. I had a comfortable stay, and I'd love to visit again when the weather gets warmer.

He gave me tea and nut sweets made of lotus leaves, but I could feel the care that the owner prepared it himself. There was a space to enjoy the fire pit with the kids, and we had a relaxing time in the garden where we could play bubbles and run around chasing butterflies. The hanok-style two-story house has a beautiful garden and a well-maintained pond, so it was good for taking photos, and both the living room and bathtub were spacious, so the children could play as much as they wanted.

I had a happy and comfortable rest on a trip with my friends. My friends and I are very satisfied. Thank you.

It's by far the best! Before check-in: The host's clear communication was really nice. At the same time, I was grateful for the kindness. It was also nice that you always responded quickly to inquiries. It snowed, and he did a thorough job of clearing the snow beforehand. After check-in: From the indoor and outdoor yard to the natural landscape, it was perfect without any flaws. The interior was full of European-style decor and wood scent, and it was simple yet equipped with everything you needed. I couldn't use the yard because of the heavy snow, but the snow-covered yard and the mountains in front were as nice as being in Switzerland or Hokkaido. What was particularly impressive was that there was a fireplace where you could make a bonfire indoors, and the atmosphere was nice and warm. After check-in: Likewise, he shoveled the snow and we were able to go back safely. And we left a baby boy's coat, and we were especially grateful that you said you could send it by courier after finding it. I don't think it's easy to find this kind of nature and quality facilities in Korea (in the suburbs of Seoul), and we're going to visit again next spring or summer. (You can use the pool then ^ ^) Thank you, host, and have a year full of laughter and health.

Several families went to play together, and we had so much fun and had a good time. ^ ^ The surrounding scenery was secluded, so it was nice, and it was a good memory to grill marshmallows while having a campfire in the evening! I also like Seoul and its accessibility, so I want to come again ~ The host responded quickly and had to come to the accommodation for a while, but I was so grateful that he even bought me a drink at that time! Next time you release me, I'll visit again ~ ~

I'm here as an accommodation for a bike trip. It's a very nice view of the Namhangang River. I was amazed once at night, and there was a new charm in the morning. The interior is a little unique. It is a fun space to infer the story contained in the house. It was a friendly accommodation that felt like going to a big house.

The place was very comfortable and exactly as described. It’s conveniently located near the Yeonnam-dong, Hongdae shopping area and the station, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out. All in all, a great stay—highly recommended!

All the facilities inside were clean and well organized in a quiet place to rest.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.
