Come chill at Misty's home/apartment. Exclusive use of downstairs, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Family friendly peaceful and spacious home away from home. Behind the house is the golf Coast occasionally can see Kangaroos sun buzzing. Can wake up to birds singing and a beautiful scenery of the coast in the morning and sunset. This beautiful home is 7 minutes drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the shops, 3 minutes drive to the train station and a bus stop across the road.

We arrived quite late at night and while Frances wasn't available, she let us know that Raffa would be there to show us to the room. Raffa welcomed us, showed us everything about the room and gave us the key. The room was very clean, cosy and private. We met Frances on the second day and she was very sweet and welcoming. Throughout the entire stay they constantly checked to see if we needed anything which was very thoughtful and Raffa suggested some great cafes near the beach. We would definately book again.

This place was absolutely beautiful especially as it’s only about an hour and bit out from local suburbs, pictures do not do it justice definitely need to update the pictures on the listing but the reviews are spot on !! All the rooms were amazing kept and the house it’s self with it structure and layout it’s beautiful, everything was clean and fresh and it was easy to locate and check into. The scenery and location is amazing overall I will want to stay here again !!! The only two things I found as a downside was there was 1 single mice in the main room running around at night which kept me up and I did see some droppings in the morning but that’s expected as the location of the property, the whole house is quite sealed and clean so this is definitely something the host does keep on top of ! The drive way upto the house is quite steep and uneven and very long as I think it should be listed on the add as this could be a possible danger to people who don’t have equipped cars.

We had an excellent stay! The house was beautifully maintained, and offered stunning views, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The space was cosy and well-equipped, though it would have been even more comfortable with a room heater or warmer during the colder nights. We didn’t use the pool much because of the winter chill, but it looked lovely for warmer seasons. The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but Netflix streamed well, so we still enjoyed our evenings in. We also loved the two adorable dogs on the property, they were respectful of our space and didn’t disturb us at all. Thank you for a lovely experience, highly recommended!
