Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Yamanashi

Breathtakingly beautiful views from every window. Even my 6 month old daughter enjoyed walking up and staring at the trees outside the bedroom window. So many great ways to unwind and recharge. Only thing to note is it’s a bit far from restaurants and stores so taxing was the way to get around for us since we had a baby and stroller to tote. Otherwise location and buses would’ve been convenient.

Очень колоритный дом. Есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Хозяин очень старается помочь. Хозяин предусмотрел всё. Есть даже замечательное джакузи и массажное кресло. Было интересно спать на татами. Очень хороший вид на Фуджи. Дом очень большой. Мы были вдвоём, но подойдёт и для небольшой компании.

ほたかさんもご家族の皆様もとても親切でフレンドリーで、こちらの状況や要望に寄り添って頂き感謝しています。到着の日から美味しいお茶を頂き、その後も沢山おもてなしをしてくださいました。お部屋もとても素敵なお部屋で、ワンフロア貸切ではありませんでしたが、快適に過ごしました。駅からも近く助かりました。

Définitivement la meilleure place où dormir à proximité du Lac Fujikawaguchiko pour vivre une expérience traditionnelle japonaise avec une vue extraordinaire sur le Mont Fuji ! La maison est spacieuse avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Je recommande fortement !

We absolutely loved our stay in Matsaya’s apartment. Even before check in, she was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated and had ample room for our family of 4. There was great separation of areas so we make coffee and chat without waking up other family members. Beds were comfortable and could easily fit a family with 3 or even 4 children. The area was surrounded by cafes, restaurants (Maysaya recommended some wonderful places to eat) and a quick walk to a large, modern shopping centre. It was a two minute walk to Matsumoto Castle and a beautiful place to take an after dinner walk and watch the sun set on the imposing castle with mountains in the background. One of our favourite activities in Japan was taking the local train to Narai-Juku - a stunning, old town that we found more beautiful, historic and peaceful than more famous places like Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

友人との旅行のため2泊3日で利用させていただきました。 温泉が利用でき、部屋も広く快適な滞在となりました。

サウナとBBQがしたくて探していたところ、露天風呂も付いているこちらの宿をみつけて利用させていただきました。梅雨の時期もあり、屋根付きのBBQはとてもありがたかったです。お部屋の中もとても清潔で、過ごしやすくベッドも快適でした。サウナと露天風呂もプライベート空間で楽しむことができ、最高です。ホストの方はとても丁寧で、対応も早く安心して過ごすことができました。また利用したいと思える素敵なところです。ありがとうございました。

敷地がとても広く、小さい子供達が遊ぶ遊具も沢山あってとても良かったです。 野生の鹿にも会えました！ お部屋の中もとても綺麗で広く、開放感たっぷりでした。 初日はあいにくの雨でしたが、部屋の中でも十分楽しむことができ、翌日は晴れたので外で思う存分遊ぶことができました。 寝室も沢山あり大人数で泊まれるので、機会があればまた利用したいです。

This place was awesome! Super clean, super cozy, and had everything we needed. But the real star of the show was the bathhouse — absolutely amazing. It felt like having our own little spa right outside the house. We spent every evening soaking and relaxing, and it seriously made the whole trip feel extra special. It was peaceful, private, and just really well done. The host was great too — friendly, quick to respond, and gave clear instructions for everything. If you're looking for a chill, comfortable spot with a little extra something, this is it. Would totally stay here again!

This place was the perfect peaceful getaway. I was greeted by the host upon arrival and shown everything about the space and property. It was about a 5 min drive to the lake. The sauna/cold tub/hot tub cost extra but was a great addition. Gorgeous property and immaculate, private guest house to stay in. Would love to stay here again!

建物・室内はとても清潔でホスピタリティも抜群でした。 車で訪れる方が多いと思いますが、道路から入口が分かりやすく、駐車スペースは十分にあります。 質問やメッセージへのホストの返事は迅速で丁寧です。日本人の方で安心できます。 敷地のすぐ横、ウッドデッキからも見える場所に隣の民家があるのでBBQ時に談笑する際はすこし気をつける必要があります。 また、隣の道路を通る車両やトラックの音が多少気になるかも知れません。 全体的にとても満足しています。

Yume's place was amazing. We loved the hot spring bath. A few things to note, beds are quite hard, not many food options around but you can cook if you come prepared, taxis are really hard to find, even when it is a big fare! But that was my fault for not researching more. Overall a great place to stay especially if you have rented a car. Hakone was amazing :)

The house matched that of the pictures provided, leaving a good first impression on us, and even went beyond our expectations. Surrounded by lush greenery and fauna, the house offers breathtaking scenery. Most importabtly, it was adequately equipped with daily necessities, improving our quality of living. For instance, the rooms were spacious with soft beds, while the bathroom was pristine and the onsen was adequately hot. The wooden interior made it warm and inviting at first glance, while the playpen was a wonderful addition to the place, especially for young children. Overall, the stay was enjoyable throughout for the whole family.

It would be great if the BBQ grill can be used free of charge (include in the price). Great host, friendly and fast response. Recommended for foreigners.
