Guest suite is the entire front portion (approx 1000 sq ft) of our home. There are no shared interior spaces. Guest suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, living room, foyer, and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets, TV, and new mattresses in 2024. Dedicated workspace and electric fireplace in front bedroom. Large living room with (non operational) fireplace and large TV. All 3 Tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc and high speed wifi. Large foyer with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig.

The house has 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen, dining area, large living room, enclosed porch, and attic space with two twin beds. There is a single carport and circle driveway . The property is conveniently located near Mitchell River, hiking trails, vineyards, and only 3 miles from I-77.

This was our second stay at Dawn’s yurt and it was even more amazing than the first! So cozy, tidy, and beautiful. Cooking over the fire, sitting and reading, getting wine at Raffaldini, and enjoying the sounds of morning birds. So peaceful. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

This is a cute little farmhouse on a quiet lane. Very peaceful. We never heard a thing outside the entire time we were there. It’s an older home but updated and decorated very cute. Perfect location to stay if visiting Elkin, Stone Mountain State Park, or the many wineries in the area. The host replied instantly when we had a question. Good people.

This was a special place. We celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary there. I met the owner at The Farmers Market a couple months ago when he sold me some wine. He gave me a brochure about the winery & that’s when I noticed the cabin rental. He really made an impression on me. Kind & friendly. He shared information about his families history. I felt like we were related after our conversation. Sadly, he wasn’t at the winery when we visited. Maybe he’ll be there next time. We plan to go back. We enjoyed Nicki at the winery. Sweet & southern. She was attentive & sweet! So so FUN!

A wonderful weekend spent with our family! My husband and his family stayed here two years ago the weekend we got married, loved the house, and wanted to stay again with my family. Definitely a unique opportunity to visit the Dobson-Rockford-Boonville area that we don't normally visit, even living only 20-30 minutes away. So many vineyards nearby to visit, but we loved Sanders Ridge! Also paid a visit to The Depot at Cody Creek. Be sure the Rockford General Store is open before you stroll down there from the house. Found cute boutiques in Boonville and Rockford, too! The fire-pit and property are spacious and relaxing, perfect for a short weekend getaway outside of Winston-Salem and Mt. Airy. We will definitely be back to make more memories!
